Die Zimmer sind super süß und mit vielen Details eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr lieb und geben einem super Tipps für Sanremo. Man wird herzlich begrüßt und kann nur staunen bzgl dem herrlichen Ausblick auf Sanremo und das Meer. Die zum Zimmer gehörige Terrasse oder Balkon ist ein Traum und man sitzt gerne noch am Abend mit einem Glas Wein :) Kaffee und Wasser werden vom Vermieter kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Dusche ist top und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Frühstück wird auf einer herrlichen Terrasse serviert und der Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend. Toll ist auch, dass der Parkplatz dabei ist. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in der Stadt :) Guiseppe und Familie, vielen vielen lieben Dank für diese tolle Zeit bei euch!!! Ihr habt ein wundervolles Fleckchen Erde geschaffen.

Pas de parking privé comme indiqué dans l’annonce. On a dû se garer dans une petite impasse très étroite heureusement qu’on n’avait pas une grosse voiture.
Petit déjeuner déconcertant thé froid, viennoiseries pas fraîches, gâteau au citron sec soit disant de la mama je dirais plutôt du supermarché.
Cuillères et vaisselles pas très propres.
Literie à changer car on sent les ressorts.
Une cafetière à disposition dans la chambre mais pas propre. Chambre et salle de bain pas très propre.

Nice, clean and spacious familyroom with an amazing view to the Mediterranean and the town from the balcony. Giuseppe is superfriendly and helpfull host. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is on a hill, so be prepared to climb 😉.

We got a lovely warm welcome from everybody in this small family run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them, including the owner moving his own car to give us a safe and secure place for our motorcycle.
Our room (No. 1, Verdi) had a lovely decorated ceiling and other character features, plus a terrace with wonderful views across Sanremo and the harbour/marina. Very peaceful spot.
An interesting walk through the old town to the centre. Good shower.
Nothing for us, but be aware that the walk down to the centre and promenade is quite steep.

Finding the place was difficult. so much so that I called and cancelled. the place is actually located high up a hill above the town

The location is very well located. The view is amazing, but in order to reach the accomodation you need to climb a litlle bit.
Breakfast is very poor and the towels are not very white.

Our Host was amazing our train journey was badly disrupted,we arrived very late evening.and he was at the Station to meet us with a welcoming smile
The property is in a stunning location with fabulous views of town and marina,it is easily walkable to the.seafront,but is a steep route through the old town ,but the walk is really enjoyable
Our room was spacious and had everything we needed plus an outside seating area with fabulous views,breakfast was very.good.and was made special by the view
The host and his father.were always about to help with a smile and on our last morning we.seeing as our.host play some tunes on his keyboard whilst we ate.breakfast and he was excellent!!

Lovely position overlooking the bay .
Exceptionally nice and friendly family running it . The Venturellis went out of their way to make our stay there as pleasant as they could.
As my husband wasn’t well while we were there , I really appreciated their attention to our needs , their kindness and their company .
Their concert pianist son Giuseppe is an absolute star .We really enjoyed his impromptu concerts just for us .

Guiseppe and hes dad are the best. They do absolutely everything to make you feel at home. The view is amazing. The house and its gardens are great.
Its a 7 minute walk to the center, though it feels like a little get away.

The view from the garden was amazing. The hosts were very helpful and made sure we had a nice stay. They provided us with free bottles of water and snacks throughout our time there. The homemade breakfast in the garden was very delicious. There was private and free parking. If we ever go back to Sanremo, we would definitely stay at La Casa Del Sole again. Would highly recommend.

Well, first of all the host Giuseppe was amazing, he helped us a lot, and made us feel as conformable as possible. Let's start like this:
We liked very much:
*great location and the best view of the city
*free parking place(it's hard to find a parking lot in the city)
We "liked" a little:
*when I booked it on the app it said living+room, the there is only one large room.
* the breakfast should be a little more diverse( not just a coffee and a cake/croissants)
*going to the city center is very easy( going down) but the going up is a little bit difficult because the host is on the hill( you will lose your breath on the way).
We recommend this place if you plan your vacation in SanRemo

The distance from the centre of San Remo- part of the route meant walking on a very busy road without a pavement around bends. The so-called parking, although free, was nigh on impossible to use. Very narrow, nowhere to turn around, had to either reverse in or reverse out of a narrow road with a sharp drop to one side onto a main road on a bend
Breakfast was provided at a location some distance away. Not at all as advertised. Think carefully about booking here. We left and found somewhere else
