Lovely home, quiet and clean. Walk to beach is more like 10 to 15 min....maybe we just walk slow.Well appointed and decorated. Need new beach chairs soon. Bed was comfy. Thank you!

We loved our stay. From great communication with the host, a short walk to the beach, awesome activities / food within walking distance, and a beautiful cottage we truly had the perfect getaway! We had to work from the cottage 2 days and it easily accommodated 2 people with a nice desk and large table. Will definitely be recommending!

Wonderful home, location and host. Anything we might have needed was thoughtfully provided and property was so cute and updated. We loved sitting on the porch and having morning coffee.

This was just what the dr ordered. It was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured on website. It is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Spotlessly clean…close to beach (3 minute walk)…beautifully decorated…VERY comfortable king bed…lots of thoughtful & appreciated touches (lots of coffee/creamer, fully stocked dishes/cooking dishes, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler & wagon to take to beach)…fenced yard & outdoor seating. Would highly recommend!

Only stayed for 3 nights but it was great! Perfect location for the beach and local/good restaurants. Also only a 15 minute drive to historical downtown! Amazing communication with property manager.

This apartment exceeded my expectations! The courtyard is charming and has several comfy seating nooks. The neighborhood is nice and an easy walk to the beach. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious for an enjoyable getaway!

We spent 6 weeks in this cosy, well-equipped home just steps from the ocean. It was wonderful.

The property manager was amazing and quick to fix any concerns we had. The property and area was beautiful and relaxing. I would recommend them and any of their properties to my friends and family!

My husband and I live in St Aug but we needed somewhere to stay for the week while we waited to move into our new house. We had the best experience staying at the Weeks’ rental! The house was very clean and they had out some Christmas decorations that made the place feel nice and homey. The hosts are very kind and had a very quick response time whenever we had a question.

Kristy is a great hostess!! Her places are always well appointed and clean. 2 blocks from the beach in a great neighborhood. Will stay in her places every time!!

Great home and great location

The decor and home were nice; however, the cleaning service had not emptied the outdoor trash bin, it was overflowing when we left. The plunger in the toilet basin sticks, had to remove the lid to jiggle it to get the water going again. Our overall impression was good and we had great time; we would've liked to have seen more emphasis on the cleanliness of the property.

Cute area, great location. It smelled very odd. First night we had to change our sheets at 10:00 at night because there were hairs in them. Both sets of sheets were balled up, I think it's time for new sheets. The second day when I was sweeping, I discovered a very old disgusting Brussel sprout beneath the kitchen counter. I'm guessing that was the smell. There is a lot of dead bugs in the light fixture and dog hair everywhere. I know that it is a dog friendly place but we ended up not bringing our dog and we spent a lot of time cleaning hair from the previous guests stay. We also ended up with no hot water the last night, we didn't find out until we got back from a long day to take cold showers at 10 at night. We didn't bother the owner then and told them the next day so they could come fix it, but I was surprised we weren't offered some sort of a reimbursement for that last night. It is a fun spot and pretty cute, they just really need a better cleaning company.

This is our second time staying at this property. Everything was once again, perfect. Loved the addition of a wagon to haul our stuff down to the beach. Plenty of towels, extra pillows, extra blankets, and kitchen essentials. The area is very walkable. Recommend Burrito Works, Anthony’s Pizza, Mango Mangos, and Island Donuts. See you next year!

This place makes me want to move to the beach. It was a perfect spot near the beach and food. Came for an anniversary and now we want to move. Place was what was advertised!!

A perfect spot for a day at the beach! Easily walkable and the chairs, umbrella, and wagon provided by the owners was an added bonus. Easily walkable for some great food spots too. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!

Stayed 3 nights at this exceptionally pleasant property. Spacious, clean, all major appliances, well-stocked, king bed, large TV with abundant viewing options, dedicated parking on sight, shaded outside sitting area, located a couple of blocks from the beach in a safe, quiet neighborhood, this place checked every box for us. I especially appreciated the extra thought given in stocking the unit with everything you could ask for, and then some. There is an outside closet with all sorts of beach items, including umbrellas, chairs, a cooler, a pair of sunglasses, and even a collapsable utility wagon to take it all in on your short walk to the beach. You can also find a generous supply of beach towels in the hall closet inside. I was pleasantly surprised to find a writing desk and chair in the living area equipped with a multi-cable charging station. We enjoyed sitting outside on the tree shaded patio where there is a gas grill and chiminea. Even saw some squirrels and birds, including a happy little blue jay. Two chairs are noticeably placed at the corner of the patio where it meets the back yard. I suspect this was intentional because when seated there, we caught a crisp cross breeze that beckoned us back each morning as we enjoyed our coffee. This is a first floor unit with a second unit upstairs. The noise level was low and not problematic. There ware ample kitchen amenities, dinnerware, wine glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, aluminum foil and plastic wrap, a cabinet full of seasonings, coffee, creamers, and a variety of sweeteners. Check the refrigerator for your complimentary bottle of champagne and filtered water. Several table games and books are also available for use by guests. The unit is spacious, with an open floor plan, large TV and a quality cable service that is easy to navigate (one of my pet peeves about a lot of rentals). The bedroom has two large closets, a comfy king bed, ceiling fan, and a sliding glass door which opens to the patio. The bathroom is relatively small compared to the rest of the unit, but this did not present a problem. There is a nice tub/shower combo. A small utility table is nestled next to the wall by the sink, another nod to the attention to detail at this place. There is also a full size washer and dryer with detergent pods in a separate storage area. Great condo!

It was a perfect setup for our getaway! Just the right distance from the beach and downtown. Just what we needed for a little R&R. We will definitely be back!
