This house is in a nice neighbourhood, very clean, tidy and has all the amenities you could need, including a swimming pool. The owner communicates very quickly to any questions. I can't recommend this place enough. This time it was a vacation, but next time I'm in Phoenix for a conference I'll stay here instead of a hotel :)

Large pool…needed cleaning. Back yard totally barren. Floors very dirty. Kitchen adequately furnished but not enough spoons. Bathroom tub faucet broken. Disappointed.

This house is nicely updated and very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to highways. It was too cold to use the nice big pool, but we still would have liked to have some chaise loungers to sit on and enjoy the perfect weather and sunshine. Although the back yard was private and spacious, it's not much to look at. The 2 bedrooms are large and our beds were quite comfortable. All in all, it suited our needs quite well and we felt we got a great value.

This is a great home for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The kitchen is large and great for cooking, but some of the cookware was in disparate need of an upgrade. The frying pans were almost unusable. I think they forgot to leave us enough linens. There was no bath mat and we only had two towels one of which was stained. Not a big deal, but it would be great if a few extra towels and a bath mat were provided. That said, these are very minor issues and we were sad to leave and would stay here again. I enjoyed working from the tranquil back patio.

We will try to make it back to this wonderful little house. The poolside table and chairs with awning were a delight. We ate breakfast out there every day. Beds were comfortable and everything was very nice. A definite winner! Nearby businesses for food etc.

The property was comfortable to stay in. Nice location for spring training games. Had one issue that was dealt with in a professional manner.

It was a perfect place for our trip to watch the ASU-USC football game. Very comfortable and we enjoyed the warm evenings on the patio. Restaurants, airport and services are all nearby.

This was perfect for a staycation. The diving pool was awesome! Quiet neighborhood, nearby restaurants; overall we had a great time. We look forward to staying here in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tempe. The house was minutes from the freeway and also close to the ASU campus. We golfed every day and were located within half an hour of dozens of courses. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and had great water pressure. The house was clean and the linens were well laundered. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Located in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, comfortable and just the right size for 2-4 people. Restaurants aren’t too far but you’ll need transportation. Owner was very responsive even when I booked an extra day and had to cancel that day. They refunded my money. Just waiting to get my deposit which I should be getting soon.

We had a great time while staying in Tempe. Rumy was very helpful with any questions we had and responded immediately. Inside was very nice and updated. Had everything we needed. Outside private pool was very clean and well kept. Had a charcoal grill for grilling. Some of the furnature by pool could be updated and could have used a firepit for the chilly nights but over all it was an amazing place and would stay there again.

It was so nice to have the back yard to relax in. When we were in the living room two days in a row we saw hummingbirds outside the window! A great neighbourbood and local children's park to explore. Rumy was very helpful when we contacted him with questions. Overall a great experience. We wiahed we had booked for longer ratber than moving on. We highly recommend this accommodation.
