60 days later I am still trying to get a receipt for stay to close expense report. Manager after 3 calls sent one line invoice and cannot demonstrate which card was charged. there are two transactions on same day. when explaining to manager for 3rd time that I need receipt with last four digits of card he simply talks over me, non stop saying this is not 'hotel format'

Very good and homely hotel. Good location, good price, very welcoming staff, WORLD CHAMPION BREAKFAST!!! It was also really good that it is connected to a plaza, always easy shopping opportunities.

The shower water was always insanely warm, that was the only downside of the hotel.

We loved our stay at Leva. The hotel is a 20-minute walk away from the Dubai Mall and the Sky Views Observatory and a 5-7 min walk from the air-conditioned passageway that takes you to the Mall. The room was spacious, and clean, with a nice view of the skyscrapers. The bed was comfortable, AC worked perfectly and the bathroom was also spacious and clean. The area was very safe and although not the prettiest, you could take short walks and discover some lovely corners. On top of the hotel, there's a small but refreshing pool where we spent several mornings before venturing out, it's pretty quiet and you can also have drinks or coffee there - we loved it! The thing we liked most was the restaurant Sven's Baker's Kitchen. The breakfast buffet had so many delicious options, especially the bread selection - very fresh and so good and the coffee was really good too. We also decided to have lunch or dinner there a couple of times and it was so tasty (if a bit pricy) - we highly recommend it. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and seasoned to perfection. The staff also kindly offered us a selection of bread and butter, they were all so lovely and nice to the guests.

There's not much to dislike at Leva, but I would say to set your expectations right regarding the immediately surrounding area where there is not much to do and it's an area where there is still a bit of construction (and trash) going on (although we were not bothered by noise). While good value for money, the rooms are a bit dated, which wasn't a problem for us, but it depends on expectations. If you;re planning for a beach holiday, know that there are no close beaches to the hotel, as it's closer to the city centre and the Dubai Mall.

It was nice stay, Breakfast was amazing to chose whatever we want, Metro station was close on walking distance, My room was 214 for view of Burj khalifa.

Just i find mosquito in my room. which should not be.

Really nice hotel, great facilities, beautifully decorated. I was given a complimentary upgrade on my room. The staff were all very helpful. I hope to return soon.

Buena ubicación, a 5 minutos del metro a pie que te traslada a los puntos de interés de Dubai así como directamente al aeropuerto. Excelente trato del personal. El Hotel tiene un shopping con buenos precios y supermercado comunicados. Buena piscina en la terraza y opcional cafetería en planta baja. Habitación amplia y acorde para dos personas, sumamente cómoda al igual que las camas.

sinceramente no hay nada que nos haya disgustado, pasamos muy bien.

I liked the way the staff pay attention to detail, so welcoming. And I would walk to the metro. The breakfast was lovely for me.

Svens Bakery is the adjusted restaurant with the kindest staff imaginable- plenty of food of all kinds - spick span cleanliness, in the hotel itself wonderful helpful people - and don't miss the rooftop pool and leisure part with wellness For me it was a friendly family home. Thanks everyone! I picked it for closeness to the thetre but you have to realise the Al Zaichad Road splits the town into, so taxis are helpful, on time and worth while. Better than a 5 star giant

The room was very spacious, one of the biggest I ever found in a hotel, with all amenities, its own kitchen, closet, sofa. Plenty of tea and coffee everyday, water bottles in the room. The breakfast was very good on the ground floor. In a clean friendly environment. The location is amazing, 500m from the Burj Khalifa metro station, where you can go to many places, or just walk inside the air-conditioned tunnel and visit the Burj Khalifa area (building, fountain, shopping mall for food). The personnel was amazing, very helpful, smiling and happy to help. I ordered something from Amazon.ae and they received the delivery of the package for me while I was away. The shopping mall in the same block of the hotel offers good products to buy and a very cheap supermarket, next door!

A very large room with great location and very high value for money as all other hotels were fully Booked. It's near a shop mall that has Kosher food

1. The Breakfast Buffet was exceptional. Great Job everyone. 2. The room was a very nice and lovely size for a hotel. 3. The location was great as we walked to Dubai Mall in about 15-20 minutes. 4. The "bread" at the restaurant was exceptional. 5. Loved the remote drapery setup.

When I booked the room, booking.com told me that the room would come with a balcony. However, the room I was assigned didn't have a balcony. Not a big deal, but hopefully, on my next visit, I will get a room with a balcony. It would be great if the exterior glass could be cleaned as the windows were dusty outside.

يعتبر ستايل قديم ، لكن الفندق ليس قديما وانما لون السجاد وديزاين الغرفة يوحي بذلك

De locatie, vriendelijk personeel en hele fijne kamer! Ook een fijn zwembad. Alles was er om de vakantie zo aangenaam mogelijk maken! Ook heel fijn dat er een keuken in de kamer zat én er flesjes water beschikbaar waren.

Alles beviel erg goed! Het enige is misschien dat de ventilator/airco de wind blaast op het bed. Zonder ventilator slapen is erg heet, maar mét ventilator zorgde voor veel wind in je nek in bed
