Everything was excellent from Front Desk to Bell boys n the ones cleaning the rooms.This time around even a supervisor could come twice a day to see if rooms were cleaned well and ask if any other amenities were needed.Tht was really a plus point for me.Am really impressed with the overall care n standard of the Hotel

At times the lifts were too busy .U can wait for long for it despite being Abt 4 lifts.

it is in a nice location .lot of restaurents and shoping around.the metro station nearby.

for the money we pay we exect little better ambience.there is no walet parking.

Location is good. Close to metro. Hotel room size was decent. Views were nice. Tour desk is helpful. Booked us desert safari and abu dhabi tour.

Breakfast is a chaos in this hotel. Food at breakfast is very average. Our room was on 18 floor since their restaurants are on 19 floor ..there is lot of disturbance at night. Some of reception staff needs training so do girls working at breakfast restaurant.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful upon checkin. Bell boys were also very helpful. Housekeeping was quite prompt. Rooms were always neat and tidy.

Breakfast lines were very long after 8am. Payment for breakfast was messy. Our credit card had fraudulent activity after using the hotel's payment gateway to secure the room as they kept insisting our credit card provided through the bookings platform was invalid.
