6 couples for three days prior to sailing on Royal Caribbean for 8 days. Everyone was thankful for a super clean house and a bathroom with every bedroom.

House was perfect for what we needed it for. My only complaint would be that the house needs an exterior cleaning. Pool deck and house are long overdue for a good pressure washing. Inside was nice. Just seems as if the owner is letting a very beautiful home go downhill. A little TLC and this house is unmatched.

This place was perfect for our family Christmas. The interior of the property was just as shown in the photos and everything was provided and worked great. Note, There is no cable or satellite TV so you will have to log into your streaming accounts to watch anything. This will take someone pretty tech savvy to figure out with sound as the whole is on a sonos system. The exterior of the house could use some attention. Pulling in, it looks like they gave up ont he exterior. There are many weeds in the pavers, the exterior of the house has alot of mold/ algae on it and there are some damaged areas of stucco. Around the pool area was the same, the pavers all were dirty and could just use a good pressure washing. Getting to the dock (if you want to use it) took making your way through overgrown palms/ trees but simply need to be trimmed a little. The boat that was in the back appeared to be in non-working commission. Sad, it is a beautiful boat to look at but just needs some TLC as well. This place was very private, amazing for our group and the host was very responsive to all of our messages and came out immediately when something was needed. I Would 100% give this 5 stars had it been a little more kept up but everything else was amazing!

Though the pavers needed power washing and the back of the house could use some touch up painting, the house was heavenly for our family. The pictures are not doctored - the interiour of thehouse actually looks even better than the photos. We loved our stay and were sorry it wasn't longer.

We selected this property because of the beautiful presentation of the house and grounds. We were shocked when we pulled into the property. It looked like an abandoned haunted house. There was mold and dirt all over the exterior of the house and patios. The house had not been cleaned and maintained in the outdoor areas in many years. All of the outdoor furniture had mold and dirt. It was so disgusting we could not even sit outside. Trees and weeds are overgrown and it has been terribly neglected. Who comes to Florida to sit inside?? The inside was okay but again it was old and needs much updating. The layout and space was fine but again it needs a refresh. We were highly disappointed in the house. Tabitha was pleasant to work with as the host of the house but the owners need to stop and maintain their home before renting it. We would never stay there again.

Driving up to the home, it looked just like pics. The property was amazing for our 6 adults and 4 grandchildren, so much room. The kitchen is great for all of us to enjoy cooking together~ fridge was super sized,which was great. Grill was handy too! We all enjoyed the pool each day and alternated some beach time every other day. The number of bedrooms was beyond what we needed but appreciated our own bathrooms too. Comfy tv room off kitchen was so nice. We totally loved the home and area and we plan on returning.

Big and beautiful home! We arrived late and in a downpour with lightning. It was just a touch spooky going into that grand entrance that was dark. Once the lights were on, so was the fun! So many rooms to choose from. Great pool space. Entertaining yacht and tiki-hut-boat traffic in the canal; and yet, still peaceful. The first night was hampered by a little leak from the dishwasher. But that was quickly handled by the host. Laundry service on the bedding could have been a little bit better but that is to be expected- a quick wash and it was solved. Food and groceries were easily delivered. The host and maintenance person were both on point. We will definitely look for this availability again. NB: we were there for a wedding nearby. Seven adults were able to ready themselves in no time. The rest of the time was spent at the home. We didn't want or need to venture out to the many attractions available to us.

Everything was nice and clean! We really enjoyed the house and amenities.

The property was magnificent! It fit all 12 of us perfectly, with comfortable beds and enough bathrooms for 12 ladies. The pool was perfect, and the yacht was also a great feature for us to admire. My only complaint was that the rooms got hot at night when the doors were closed. Some of us just slept with the doors opened or dealt with it but that was literally our only complaint. The host was so easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed for a long weekend. Also, there are lots of peacocks! Beautiful from a far but a little intimidating when up close.

This home is absolutely stunning. We had a great time and we barely left the home. The host was amazing answering all questions and then some. Will definitely stay here every time I come to Fort Lauderdale

This was my first time using VRBO, Heather and Tabitha were awesome and very accommodating. We were allowed to add a 13th person to the group and we were able to check in early. The house was beautiful and very clean as well. 10/10 I would definitely book again!

Great house, great location.

This was an absolutely perfect trip from start to finish. The house is in an unbeatable location (close to the airport, restaurants, and attractions), and looks even better in person than the photos. Tabitha was superbly communicative as well. Came here with a group of my 10 closest friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very spacious, clean property with quiet, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Property manager and maintenance guy, Tim were very responsive. Issues were: broken pool chairs (9 out of 10), very dated decor throughout, house needs outside powerwash, many interior/exterior lights not working, pool/spa was nice but had a fence around the immediate perimeter and a yacht docked in front impeded our view.

The home size was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and privacy. The interior was very clean. However, the exterior of the home needs some work. There is mold on the outside tiles and house, especially around the pool area. While the inside of the house is very clean, it is very dated. Considering we money we spent for 4 nights we really expected something very different. While the house met our basic needs and gave us the opportunity to spend time together there were several things that were problematic during our stay. 1. The wifi didn't work well which affected the sound system and the thermostats. 2. The lighting system in the house is quite complex and we had much difficulty in figuring out how to light certain areas. For a house this size and cost the manager of the property should really meet all guests and go over all of the specifics so the guests don't spend their vacation time trying to figure out the house electronics. There is a manual, but it is not up to date. 3. The gate to the house could not be controlled from the phone inside the house as intended. 4. The stove exhaust system and light were broken. So, we thought we could use the gas grill outside. However, the propane tank was empty. 5. The pool filters were not on when we arrived, and the hot tub did not work. Tim, the house maintenance man did come over and get the pool and hot tub operational. He also had to reset the wifi system in order to get the airconditioning system working throughout the house. 6. Workers came to work on the yacht parked out back and ran a loud air compressor all day while we were trying to enjoy the pool. The Yacht does block most of the water view. 7. The tableware and glassware should be more elegant given the grandeur of the house. There were no martini glasses! On a positive note, we were allowed to check in early and out late which was appreciated. Given all of the issues we had I don't think we will be going back.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and it did not disappoint. The house is clean, pool was warm, plenty of room for 3 families. The property manager Tabatha was amazing and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Tabitha was amazing! She was a text away when we needed her. The property location was great -- nearby to the airport, nightlife and restaurants. The house is generous in size and the en suite bathrooms are a plus. The decor and furnishings are very outdated but the overall layout of the house and the pool were great for our group. We wish that the owner's boat was not parked in front -- it blocked our gorgeous waterfront view, but we knew this going into the booking. Thanks for a wonderful getwaway!

This is a beautiful property, very conveniently located to many things, with an incredibly responsive property manager for any issues that may arise, which are infrequent. I cannot recommend this property any higher. I have stayed here twice, and will be back again!

My family and I rented this property for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration. Quite honestly, I and my family have NEVER felt more unwelcomed or unwanted . Heather the property manager from the first day of arrival was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! She messaged me prior to arrival regarding such statements as “and don’t move this, and don’t sit on that and don’t move any furniture “ etc , as if she assumed we would come in and damage property or that we had no knowledge of being in a nice home! She has no idea ! Instead of welcoming clients and speaking of the many positives of the property, she took more of a “chastising” approach as if she felt we would destroy the property! I had to assure her she shouldn’t make assumptions that others are not accustomed to certain living style OR frequently renting luxury properties! I hate to say but we felt , frankly , TARGETED! We are of color and it is very apparent by our names on the contract so I have no doubt she could assume . Heather refused to provide me her actual (or an actual) direct contact /office number to call and simply said “my phone is out for repair so just message me on the VRBO site”. When we arrived , there were issues with the AC unit in the master suite as well as no working televisions /cable . With internet being the biggest issue , my cell phone service itself was shotty and therefore I had to worry about whether or not the messages on the VRBO site was going/coming through . I even offered to simply provide my cell number and she could “block” the call, I was told told “messaging only”. The first night was such an embarrassment and horrible because I stood in front of my in laws and other family with a cell phone hoping I did not miss a “message” given no one could watch television and my husband and I were in an 80 degree room ! When I expressed all of the above to Heather , her response was “I can see we are unable to make you happy , so if you vacate/leave the property by tomorrow, we will refund your stay”. This was the response to no functional televisions in the home the day of arrival as well as the master suite feeling like a sauna !!!! Asking for those to be functional is problematic? I will say that the property assistant gentleman who maintains the property was EXTREMELY KIND (Tim , I believe) and TRULY went out of his way to attempt to have everything functional and I will say , he did have resolution the next day ! Heather (PM) is the sole reason for rating!

This house is very spacious for large groups! Everyone gets their own bathroom and very spread out! While this house is so lovely, I will say it is outdated and needing upgrades. I won’t decrease my rating for this, as I knew from the listing it appeared outdated. The backyard and pool are gorgeous and are very private! I would stay here again !

So this house was absolutely beautiful and spacious. It was my girlfriend 40th birthday and she really enjoyed not only the trip but definitely the house. It was an all in one. U could stay at the house and enjoy all it had to offer without leaving and still had a great time. I’d recommend this house to anyone. It was definitely worth every dime I spent. Didn’t have much communication with the manager cause there was no need to.

There was plenty of space for us to spread out. The pool area is perfect with plenty of sun and perfect temperature salt water. We plan on staying again.
