Esta acogedora casa de campo es la más grande de 3 en un lote arbolado grande en el lado oeste de la ciudad. Afuera hay un entorno tipo parque con fogones, parrilla de carbón y asientos al aire libre. Una terraza grande es perfecta para comidas familiares o simplemente para relajarse. Fue completamente renovado en 2013 con un tema de cabaña en color y decoración. La cocina completa incluye un lavavajillas y está equipada para preparar todas sus comidas. Tiene 1 1/2 baños que incluyen una lavadora y secadora. Hay 2 habitaciones, una reina y una completa. (Planeamos actualizar la segunda cama a una reina este año). La sala de estar tiene una televisión con cable, libros y juegos. Y una zona de loft encima de la sala de estar tiene capacidad adicional para 2 personas si es necesario. El alegre porche trasero tiene un sofá cama con nido, perfecto para leer o tomar una siesta. Esta cómoda cabaña es ideal para familias de todas las edades, parejas y viajeros de negocios, ya que Internet está incluido. Un beneficio adicional es que las 3 cabañas en esta gran propiedad se pueden alquilar para grupos / familias más grandes.

Beautiful cottage and perfect location. We have been coming up with family for a few years now and this spot is always our favorite place to stay. Quiet, clean and just great for our needs.

Great location. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. It could have had tissues and paper towels. The sponge should have been replaced. Wonderful time on Mackinac Island. We took a horse and carriage tour. It was great. We enjoyed shopping and dining in town. Took a ride over Mighty Mac to the Soo Locks.

This property is beautiful. It's close to everything in town. The hammock outside is quite peaceful. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean besides one pan. The hosts were able to resolve an issue we had at a check in quickly. Make sure to read the book on the table showing the renovations.

We loved staying in the Dutch Harbour house. Has everything you need. We really loved the patio spent every night there had a couple fires. My daughter loved the hammock. We would definitely stay here again. Anything in everything you could wanna do is just a very, very short distance away.

We just love these cottages. With this visit we have now stayed in all three. Everything was as pictured. The ceiling fans were helpful with giving an even temper to the home, as the heat/cooling is located in the living area. Additional fans were located in the bedrooms, as were extra blankets. We visited for the end of lilac festival and really enjoyed have a small, but fragrant lilac in the yard. Firewood is available for purchase on site for $5 cash. You may want to bring some small kindling as starter. A grill lighter was in the kitchen drawer. The grills are charcoal. There is usually some left from previous renters, but that is not a given. The store is just a 10 minute walk, but it is a bit expensive. We generally come with supplies, as grocery options are limited in Mackinaw. The ice maker was not operational, so I walked 2 minutes to the smoked fish and jerky store on the back side of the block and purchased a bag of ice. I then dumped it into the ice bin and dispensed it directly from the refrigerator. We definitely recommend this property and plan to return, repeatedly. Note: bring your own TP to avoid having to purchase. Renters are responsible for restocking two rolls per bathroom upon departure.

The cottage was as advertised! It was a perfect stay for our time in Mackinac City and easy access to the Island.
It was cozy, well appointed, and clearly a labor of love!
We highly recommend a stay at Dutch Harbor! Our trip was capped off with delicious hot dogs at Weinerlicious - a must if you are in town!!😉

This VRBO was awesome! Last minute decision to re-route our road trip to Mackinaw City. We booked a day in advance and we were very pleased with our choice! Clean, cozy and close to everything! It's just what we needed for a couple days of R&R before we hit the road again! I would definitely stay here again! :)

The house was charming, but has some quirks that I think could be fixed or could have been addressed. A couple of the doorknobs kept falling off randomly and it would be great if the ice maker was working! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay though and would definitely recommend!!

Cottage was clean and decorated very nice. Location was great, close to attractions, shopping and restaurants, but in a nice quiet neighborhood and great for relaxing. Would stay there again if available when we go back.

This remodeled cabin was not only comfortable but tastefully decorated. The outdoor deck provided a peaceful spot amidst the beautiful flowers and hosta. The beach was several blocks away… beautiful sunsets. This was an ideal location.

We were able to walk to restaurants and downtown. We road our bikes to the ferry. We made s’mores on the fire pit. It was a nice long weekend getaway.

My daughter, two granddaughters and I enjoyed staying at the cottage between sightseeing in the city, island and go over the bridge to the up. There was enough space for the four of us after a busy day. Location was fabulous to go across the Mackinaw bridge to spend time in the UP or go to Mackinaw Island and walk to Mackinaw City to all the shops.

Location location!! Adorable! This was our second stay at the cottage! Definitely will stay again! Absolutely love it! Everything is convenient and easy walking distance if you want. Our first visit we had family in all three cottages which was fantastic!!

Our family of five stayed here and it was just big enough for all of us to be comfortable. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities we would ever need. It was a great location, we were able to walk downtown and to Shepler's Ferry every day to take to the island. The owners have done a great job of making it feel like a home away from home. We would stay again and recommend to friends and family!

The property was clean and easy to find. The owners were so helpful. We had several questions and they were always avaliable. The cottage is in a beautiful area and we were able to sit on our front porch and feed squirrels and chipmuncks. I would stay here again without question

We came up for our niece’s wedding. Weather was cold and windy. We used all of the blankets, but the space heater in the bedroom made all the difference. Our granddaughter (staying at the other cabin) enjoyed exploring the loft.

We loved our stay in this adorable renovated cottage! It’s only a short bike ride or walk to all the little shops and restaurants uptown. It was stocked with pretty much anything you could need. My only small complaint was there wasn’t any paper towels. But other than that we loved it and would definitely stay again!

Nice, comfortable, quiet cute cottage and great décor. Nice surprise to find newly installed A/C! Wonderful enclosed porch. Two other cabins are close by and share an outdoor area but it didn't feel intrusive, nice deck and firepit area. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: upgrade at least a piece or two of the cookware, include toilet paper and get more towels if needed vs. one shower per day. The little laminated notes with restrictions about showering and toilet paper seemed odd and overly/unnecessarily controlling as you have laundry available.

This was a perfect space for our 2 adult/2 kid family. We stayed 3 nights, making one day trip onto Mackinaw Island. Really appreciated the short walk to downtown and the ferry dock (two young kids were able to make the walk with no complaints!) and the lodging was clean and comfortable. They actually had more than we were expecting (probably didn't need to bring my own paper towel, trash bags etc!). Overall a great trip... not sure when we'd be back in the area because we have a lot more places to see in MI but I would definitely recommend to anyone

Public beaches close by were beautiful and not crowded. It was a perfect vacation spot.
