Hotel Service was good and the Hotel staff was very supportive

Big room,nice location

The hotel is very nicely decorated, everything from the entrance to the hotel rooms. The staff are all pleasant, helpful and responsive. The bed is firm enough, we would have liked it to be a little softer, but it was still perfectly fine. It is not rock hard. There was a small fridge that could keep a few bottles of drink chilled. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. At the back there is a grocery store that is open 24/7. It takes about 15 minutes to go to the nearest subway, which is still perfectly fine. The hotel is not super central, so if you want to do a lot of things in the city and don't want to go every day, you might want to look at a different hotel. We liked living on the outskirts as it is a bit quieter to live outside the city central.

The breakfast is not particularly varied for us who come from Europe, the breakfast is more focused on the Asian market. The fridge is a bit too small and has difficulty keeping drinks properly cold, especially during the summer when it can get very hot.

Location is a bit far from tourist attractions but there are buses and underground train station within walking distance. The property looks new, beautifully decorated both lobby and guest room, good size shower room with modern Japanese style toilet bowl. Love the complimentary hot fresh delicious self made hot coffee at the lobby and cold tea. Front desk staffs are nice and friendly.

I like the location, the room is elegant and feels classy and it made my stay very comfortable, The shampoo, and toiletries are all good, because I'm very particulate with the products that I choose. And very nice staff.

The room didn't have a window so no natural light was coming in and no outside view to look at.

Nice location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to the MRT, to local parks, and it's quiet because it's not on a major street. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fairly luxurious bathroom.

Wifi was slow and unresponsive at times (though it worked okay at other times). The lobby is fairly basic - not much in the way of coffee, snacks, etc. Location is pretty far from center of Taipei unless you take Uber.

Large room and bathroom. The best shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used. I’ve actually at attend buying the same brand shampoo and its equally good. Very friendly lady staff at breakfast area. We have four children and she patiently tended to us.

Abit of a walking distance to the station but I’m being very picky and whiny.

I chose the hotel for the location in Neihu (close to where I had work for a few days). It is also close to the metro line, which made weekend site seeing easy. Also close to the path along the river (if you are a runner) and an excellent small night market (food focused and not touristy). I thought the room was good for the price, but did not use any other hotel amenities.

No window in the room, very dark. Ok as I was on business but I would definetly have asked for a different room if it had been a pleasure trip.
