- Drive up the hill is only for experienced drivers, it is extremely steep and you will need a 4x4 car to drive safely. Taxi's will not go up there. - The third bedroom is outside the garden/house area, which seperates you from the rest of your family - The warnings in the house with the threat of penalties - BBQ is there, but no tools for it - All kinds of construction work ongoing around the building - It is not a villa, there is a house underneath it. When people are smoking (weed) there, you are in the smell of it - Privacy is less than expected, while a huge villa above you looks down on the pool area of this house - Safe-deposit box is not working - Staff maintaining garden/pool walk into your garden/pool area unannounced - Although announced clearly, it is weird to pay your electricty seperately afterwards (7 ThB / Kwh) for the price you pay for the house - The pool lights up as a disco in the evening, changing colour of lights constantly - No stores in the vicinity, you need a car (4x4) or motorcycle

I had to leave.

the house and the view was absolutely stunning. However, the road to the villa is quite hair raising and definitely not for an inexperienced driver. If it wasn't for my son who drove, there is no way I would have managed that road.

I expected coffee and sugar as having to buy while travelling is not really ideal. The amount of units consumed for electricity 222 units seems very high considering we were out everyday for the full day and no air conditioner was used. Checked in about 3pm on Friday and checked out Monday at 9am so electricity charge was over 1500 baht.

We loved the house, the terrace with the amazing view over the island, the flowers and trees that surrounded it, the pool that gave us such a joy every day for a morning swim or an afternoon cool-down, the living room with the huge screen where we watched some movies together as one happy family…

unfortunately the room downstairs we could not use. It could have been a perfect spot for our teenagers, however the mattress is soo hard and uncomfortable after 3 sleepless nights we decided that one us had to sleep on the couch. That was an ok solution but obviously not what we expected, especially as this is easy to solve and already pointed out by prior guests… Also the villa is quite away from the shops and restaurants. You can walk down (20 min) but going up is really too heavy (heat & steepness) So you do have to rent a car or like us take a taxi every day. unfortunately taxi’s are relatively expensive (but still cheaper then renting a car and super safe) Also what was not clear to us that at the end of the stay your are billed separately for electricity.

Great views. Clean and has a lot of appliances. Main living area is very spacious and airy. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The third bedroom is some distance from the main house (have to go around the outside building).

Looks better than the pictures advertising it will definitely be back again

Samui is very very quiet now

The view is tremendous! Pool is big, nice, clean, with superb view. House design is spectacular! All appliances are available more than what you need! The host is super duper nice, friendly and helpful. Told us about navigo, which we used all the time for our movements from the villa with very low price and super new and spacious cars! TVs in everyroom and all smart with lots of chanels! Welcome water and drinks were in the fridge! Towel

There were no blankets! But the host got them for us the next day! Only bedsheets! We knew about the third room which was a bit far and separated from the other rooms, but the host was very cooperative and brought us extra bed upon our request! Insects and lizards, at night all types of them come out! The host provided some kind of repellent to keep them away, but it was a bit scary at night as we are a bit isolated and lots of jumping insects. We fixed the problem by using more of the repellents and closing doors as quickly as possible, so basically it was manageable! But you just need to be prepared 😊 The guy who cleans the house just jumped out in our face without taking our permission! Which was a bit not cool!
