The card reading machine and telephones were out of service so we had no room keys and had to wait for someone to let us in the back and then into our room. I understand this is no fault of the staff, they cannot control computers. The night staff did everything they could to help us. When we checked out the next morning, however, there was no one at the front desk, just a note that read: “Be back at 7:00” so I returned at 7:00 and waited 10 minutes, went back to my car, then back in at 7:20. Still no staff. The only available person was the breakfast attendant and she did the best she could to help me. I understand workers are hard to find and I understand times are very different than they were just a couple of years ago. I’m sad to see work ethic and pride in a career are suffering.

i booked a room with a jacuzzi it did not work the covers and towels was dirty the key cards didn’t work I had to get let in my room every time the ac made a loud noise couldn’t get moved to another room because the next room the tried jacuzzi didn’t work

Breakfast was ok. It was pretty much what you expect. No complaints. Location was actually ok for us because it was quick access to our final destination of Dauphin Island

The property needs to be cleaned. The carpets are very dirty and will probably have to be replaced. The room wasnt nearly as bad but the whole place could use a facelift.

The air conditioner in the lobby area was broken, the card machine wasn't work correctly and I had to swipe my card several times. The cell phone charging port in my room didn't work and the bed wasn't comfortable. I had to kick a water bug out my door the first day checking into the hotel and the individual working the breakfast area the next morning was rude. I was asked several times when walking out the lobby to go and get gas "You checking out". No, not now, don't I have until 11:00 am. " You must be staying another night". They were so pushy and wanted me to hurry up and leave. I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn this terrible and Comfort Inns are the only hotels I use.

What Breakfast? No OJ, No water, No cranberry juice. Only cafe. The floors are dirty and you can get high just by walking down the hall. The very strong odor of marijuana is not acceptable.

New furnishing, cleanliness, and some maintenance would improve the appearance of the place.

It was filthy. The pool in the back has green stagnant water in it. The blanket on the bed was bleach stained. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold all over it. Another room had a busted out window.
