It was clean in the lobby and hallways. Room was clean, but dated. Nice pillows.

There were bugs and other items in the pool. The queen beds were actually full size. Beds were also uncomfortable.

Close to Highway out of Texas.

Locks not working. Cost of pay laundry. Room service NOT provided to empty trash, new towels, nothing. Breakfast that little and bad should not waste time.

i have stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff always super nice. Great place to stay.

I had originally booked another hotel and had to leave after the first night. It was horrible. Walking in to this hotel was a breath of fresh air. The bed was so comfy, the abundance of fluffy pillows was joyous. The staff was courteous, the breakfast was good. It was as a hotel should be.

The only complaint I can come up with is we had to wait 20 minutes for coffee one day. And in my room I only had 3 packets of decaf, no regular or I could have just made it there. One night I made a cup of decaf and the old coffee from a previous guest was still in the pot. Gross. Even worse was a tea bag that had been lying there so long it was covered in mold and mildew. I don’t think that area of the room is checked often. Some of the packets of sugar and creamer had been opened and just left .

There was hardly any noise from other rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

The room smelled faintly of ligament cream, which I suspect was a cleaning solution. I adjusted to it quickly and it didn't really impact my stay much.

Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Staff was amazing and accommodating.

Our particular room was next to pool so smelled bit like chlorine. The poor older woman in kitchen seemed aggravated by kids and just seemed exhausted.
