The appearance first walking in an the open area
The air conditioning was out in the whole hotel and the elevator was broken. No one could give us any information about the air conditioner. We ended up asking for a refund and leaving to find a different hotel. Our money was returned quickly but nothing was given in response to our troubles.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, great selection for everyone in the family. I enjoyed the location, close to everything.
The beds were full size needed the extra room would have preferred queen sized.

My toddler loved running around the hotel and getting to use the indoor pool

Breakfast was great. But needed help on cleaning up the tables. There was only 1 worker trying to do it all. She worked hard but can only do so much once it got busy.
The carpet was dirty and stayed dirty on our floor and by the elevator and in the halls. The pool area smelled like chlorine and was like a sauna. The front desk workers were not friendly at all. Elevators are so slow and take forever to come to your floor.

The parking was the only thing that I can think of that I just didn't like. It was always full. But I guess that was good business for them.

We did not get any maid service during our stay, so trash piled up. But then again they might of charged me extra like they did to park. I could not
Believe after the many times we stayed before they now started charging to park at the hotel. I found that very unnecessary, it’s not like they weren’t already charging me to stay there.

Location and omelett in the morning
Shuttlebus never arrived and waisted one hour at the airport. Was told that you need call the hotel and reserved it even website says it should arrvie every 30 min. But how do you call hotel when there is no number on the internet site. Ask how to get the shuttle for morning and was told that if we come 10 min earlier than need leave we get shuttle. But in the morning they told us that shuttle goes every 30 min and had just left. We ended spending 80 usd for uber.

tThe rooms stink like wet smelly feet w/Dirty socks the rooms are covered up with the Location/food. is the only thing this hotel has to offer, there is no hot tub next to the pool, the pool was closed/broken I had to switch rooms 3 Tim’s in 30 mins. due to the bad smell and trash in the trash cans in the rooms expense stay for a 3 star room!
