This is a great condo with modern amenities, an amazing pool, and ocean views. It is also right in the middle of town so you are not secluded as would be the case at many resorts. No issue with feeling secure at all times. The only issue we had was an ant invasion in a part of the condo the evening of my arrival. I called the emergency line and they came the next morning and sprayed. Highly recommended!

The property is great and the view would have been great had it not been for construction going on (this was in late November 2021). There was scaffolding in the next balcony, some of it came into our balcony, and we had workers on our balcony peering into our condo. So, provided the construction/painting is completed, I would recommend this place. When we arrived, we reached out to the property management firm about the scaffolding (we wanted to know about the timing of the construction, what to expect, etc.), and they told us they would look into it, but they never got back to us. Once we explained the second day that we woke up to see men on our balcony, they took notice. The management company gave us a full refund, but VRBO didn't originally have our back on this (they claimed it wasn't "on our property" so they couldn't do anything about it..."work with the property management company.") VRBO did help us find another place. So beware: You could find yourself in a foreign country with problems like this, and VRBO might not have your back.

Beautiful Property, safe and very clean, right across the street from the beach with amazing views, walking distance to everything , perfect place to host our Sons Wedding Party & Wedding pictures!!

Other than a glitch or two the first night, this property deserves a solid five star rating. The view was absolutely magnificent, especially at sunset. Lola and Josef were very responsive and helpful to coordinate and arrange activities for us, and to help with any questions we had regarding the condominium. It was close enough to the beach and main road to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid the rowdiness of any late partying.

We couldn’t have loved our vacation in Tamarindo more! It was our first time visiting, but it will be the first of many! The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location being just a block from the beach and in the middle of all of the restaurants. It was super clean, quiet and had a gorgeous ocean view from the balcony. Just like the pictures. The property management was great. They arranged our pickup to and from the airport and had a cleaning service come by twice. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait for our next! I hope this condo is available for all of our future trips! Thank you for having us!

AC was needed and worked great, We had friends staying at another location and they did not sleep as well because their room was hot all the time. Our stay in Matapalo 502 was an awesome experience. The balcony provided awesome views with our morning breakfast . The property is located right in the heart of Tamarindo with access to the beach, restaurants, shops, groceries and pool. The property is well maintained, gated with security and the condo's amenities had everything we needed for our adult family of five. The accomodations were comfortable, well decorated - especially loved the artwork! Access to the beach through the Hotel Diria was convenient and less than a 5 minute walk. RPM staff was very friendly and accommodating insuring we had a trouble free stay! They even arranged taxi transfers to/from the airportand site seeing tours. We were very pleased with the condo and would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!!

This is a two bedroom condo with the most spectacular views from the 5th floor balcony. The condo itself was beautifully decorated,very clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. I can tell you that this condo and the town of Tamarindo did not disappoint. The condo is in a perfect location with an amazing view and you can walk to everything. There were four of us that stayed in condo 502 with plenty of room and amenities you will need to enjoy your stay.
