Our group of 10 enjoyed it very much! All of us (5 adults, 16 year old, two 11 year olds, and 2 7 year olds) enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and Foosball table. The view was spectacular! The master suite was very nice. The house had everything we needed. The only thing I would change is the amount of counter space of the main floor kitchen. We cooked and needed more space. The water pressure could have also been better. I would go again!

Our cabin was filled with ladybugs and roaches. I tried to be gracious the first day, but day two we had to sweep and clean the window sills. It was very embarrassing for my guest to have to be in these conditions. The downstairs oven warming drawer was full of (rat?) droppings and an old French fry, with the baking sheets on top. Very nasty!! We were a group of 10 and seasoned a ton of meat. The grill wouldn’t turn on (one tank was empty and the other one was leaking gas when connected). We called the emergency number at 7:02pm (left a voicemail) and then I called again at 7:42pm and they picked up and said they close at 5pm… we had $150 worth of meat with nowhere to cook it and they never bothered to return my call on the “emergency number”. The homeowner should be aware their house could have been flooding for 40 minutes and the rental company was non-responsive. They offered to bring another gas tank, but at that point of losing almost an hour, we declined. We had to “grill” our food on a skillet made for pancakes. What a disgrace for the price . The hot tub needed water added, so we had to wait for cold hose water to get hot. Listing doesn’t mention you’re forced to cross a road that says “weight limit has not been determined, cross at your own risk”. They poorly prepared this place for guest and I don’t recommend it. I was offered a one day refund in exchange for not submitting a negative review.

Property is Exactly as described and depicted in photos. Wonderful Property! Everything provided that you'd expect for your stay. Well maintained and clean. Cellular service is 5G Ultra at cabin. The description of the road to access emphasizes it is a steep mountain road and it is and should not be driven by the inexperienced or faint of heart nor in a sedan, all wheel drive is highly recommended as is this property. This Property Is Highly Recommended! It will not disappoint and is the perfect place to create memorable moments with friends and family.

This rental was perfect for our special weekend! The reason we booked here, to be honest, was for the view! Initially, nothing else mattered. The back deck is large and spacious and the view was incredible! It was the perfect backdrop for our son's surprise proposal to his girlfriend. We had a total of 15 Adult guest, with 13 who stayed overnight, and we had plenty of room. The highlights were the hot tub, the pool table, the dart board, the grills! Having two kitchens was really nice. The last night we did have crazy weather to deal with having extremely strong winds in the area, and being so high up on the mountain, created a challenge with the deck furniture being slid all over the deck, almost losing some furniture cushions and hot tub cover being thrown across the deck!! But, no one can control the weather! We promptly called the rental office and explained the situation, and they were understanding and helpful!

We were thrilled with the space (rooms, beds, baths, etc) for 12 adults. We spent all day Saturday in Helen (quick drive) and enjoyed the nearby Cheese Market. Communication was quick and easy. Check-in process super simple. The view is absolutely breathtaking, cannot be beat. We will be back!

The cabin is within 10 minute's drive of Helen with spectacular mountain views. The space was clean and efficient with space for 14. The game room and hot tub were fun spaces for our young and old crowd. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend.

When we checked in at 415 the heat was not on it was 32 degrees outside and the same inside. Turned on heat but house never warmed above 41 degrees called office and the told us where to get firewood for fireplace and to set thermostat at 2degree incriminate to get house warmer. Never happened we slept in 2 layers and pulled out every blanket we could find. Next day maintenence guy came and told company it was too cold on house for us to stay. They put us in another house for 2.5 hours which was warm and cozy, but owners would be back the next day christmas day to use their home for holidays. We were told they had no other place to put us and that we would have to move back to summit where heat was still not working. We traveled with 6 kids and the kids rooms were in the basement which never got above 30 degrees. Not acceptable. We list our Christmas eve driving back to Florida and our family from Texas followed us to Florida also so our time together was not a total waste. Still have not been notified of our complete refund. Noone returns calls.will be getting our lawyer involved after new years. Owners should find a new property management company as cabin rentals of Helen are not working in their best interests.

We definitely enjoyed our visit and stay here at this property!! The view was beautiful and the house was perfect for our family. It was clean when we arrived and plenty of space for our annual Christmas trip we take as a family. We enjoyed the hot tub, games, and relaxing with a view. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the house did too. Thanks for allowing us to stay and make some great memories at this cabin!!

The house is large enough for a large group.. We have 4 grown children, all with spouses and children ! We came from Colorado, Kentucky, Tampa, and Jacksonville Fla. First time for us to be all together. We welcomed also and new 3mo old baby ! She was the star of the trip ! There were 9 adults, with children from 3mo, 4yr, 7yr 9yr, and 13yr ..The three levels and 2 kitchens were awesome. House was clean and ready, including towels for all.. My only comment is the HOT TUB was not working, and the FOOS BALL table was not useable, (handle appeared to be broken) and no darts for the dart board.. This would have been icing on the cake for us ! Its the little things ! Few lady bugs around as well..
But being together was more than words can say and we took some awesome family pictures. Went to downtown Helen and experienced the MOUNTAIN ROLLER COASTER !!! Weather was perfect. Also Anna Ruby Falls is close and a nice family walk.
Had some awesome family card games and used couple bottles of true BUFFALO TRACE Whiskey from the Kentucky Distillery ! Wonderful time with missing a few of the 'little' things with the house..

I came to Georgia for the trout fishing, but really enjoyed the mountain views. This cabin offered both easy access to fishing and amazing views. Spacious, clean ,beautiful decks. Awesome sunsets. We saw deer turkey squirrels and rabbits In our yard. Great experience.

Outstanding view, great place to come with family and friends. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. And as long as your phone has service no need for WiFi. We had a great time and were rarely on our phones.

Perfect Mountain Getaway
Exactly what our family was looking for in a mountain getaway. The cabin comfortably fit 11 of us, 8 adults and 3 children, between ages 2 and 10. All of the rooms were clean and had a wonderful cozy feel. The kitchen was fully stocked with any pots or pans you would need to cook a full thanksgiving meal (which we did) and the appliances looked new and were in great working order. The views are truly stunning and the family had a great time sitting and eating on the both levels of porches. About a 10-15 minute drive down the mountain gave easy access to Helen. There are portions of the drive that are gravel roads and at an incline but they are well maintained and we didn’t have any issues with our suvs. Although there is no internet access, we had good cellular service and the satellite tv had every channel needed to stay connected if desired. A few bugs (mainly small lady beetles) found a long the way but that is to be expected in the mountains. Highly recommend. We are already planning our return!

It had a great view and location. Enjoyed the card table, foos ball and pool table. The slope to get to the house was very steep and had to take our luggage down from where we parked. Don't recommend for elderly or anyone with a hard time walking. We were disappointed the jacuzzi didn't even have water in it and there were no chlorinated tablets to add. We thought it would be "ready" to enjoy. There were also crumbs in the drawers with silverware and where the pots/pans were located. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher also. Pots and pans look like they need replacing. Overall, the beds were clean and comfortable. And there were great little trails and creeks near to explore.

The house was nice. All the bedrooms were nice, however one of the downstairs bedrooms leaked when it rained. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything you might need. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Great location and View
It had a great view and location. Enjoyed the card table, foos ball and pool table. The slope to get to the house was very steep and had to take our luggage down from where we parked. Don't recommend for elderly or anyone with a hard time walking. We were disappointed the jacuzzi didn't even have water in it and there were no chlorinated tablets to add.
