Al entrar en el albergue, verá la mesa del comedor inmediatamente a su izquierda y la cocina justo después de eso.
Ofrecemos una cocina totalmente equipada que incluye una estufa y horno de cocción comercial con una sartén grande de hierro fundido que encantará al cocinero de su grupo. Justo afuera de la cocina tenemos una gran parrilla de gas de 4 quemadores con mucho espacio para cocinar para todo su grupo.
Con la cocina y el comedor a la izquierda al entrar, mirando hacia adelante verá los baños / duchas y gire a la derecha verá nuestra gran sala.
La gran sala cuenta con techos abovedados y una chimenea de piedra que funciona y es la manera perfecta de relajarse en esas noches frescas del oeste de MN.
En la parte trasera de la gran sala hay un largo recorrido con 3 dormitorios a ambos lados. Cada una de estas habitaciones tiene dos camas individuales.
En la parte trasera de este pasillo está la salida al patio trasero y nuestra nueva terraza de 14x24 que es perfecta para tomar una taza de café por la mañana o una noche para relajarse y compartir risas con su grupo.
Hay una escalera que lleva desde la gran sala a la zona del desván. El loft tiene un área común y es un gran lugar para leer o jugar juegos de mesa y tiene un pasillo que conduce a 3 dormitorios más. Dos de estas habitaciones tienen una cama queen y una habitación como dos gemelas.
Mientras conduces hasta el frente del albergue y el parque, verás otro edificio a tu izquierda. Esta es la sala de juegos y está ubicada justo afuera de la puerta principal y 15 escalones hacia el norte y es una característica muy popular. Esta área reutilizada y completamente amueblada es formalmente un garaje y cuenta con wifi, una televisión de pantalla plana 4K (perfecta para los jugadores de su grupo), ping pong, futbolín y una mesa de juego.

Great cabin for a guys trip. Only two issues were there were no towels and they scheduled lawn services to be done for 4 hours the one day we were there. Other than that beds were good kitchen was clean and fully stocked.I would recommend.

A Christmas To Remember
It was the hand of God working when I stumbled onto MaxxedOut lodge and chose it for our 2021Christmas gathering. My husband died of cancer last December and our family had always gathered at the Dawson Racquetball Club that is now a church so that was no longer an option. Having stayed at many VRBO properties in the past I was surprised to see this property just pop up on my screen I live in Dawson and I had no idea this lodge was even here. A hunter I am not but 25 0f us gathered and truly had The Best Christmas in what had been an extremely difficult year for all of us Graham was so easy to work with and Ashley had fresh cookies just out of the oven when I arrived We have already made our reservations to return in 2022. I would highly recommend Maxxedout Lodge to all

A nice, quiet weekend getaway.
The location was excellent as it gave me and big group a lot of space and the privacy we were looking for. Ashley made the check-in process really easy and was helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to those with larger groups.

Family experience
The property is nice and neat. It has plenty of beds for a large family or several families. It's in a quiet part of rural Minnesota which we liked. The town of Dawson is an awesome town. They are very friendly and helpful. Ashley did a nice job of giving us a tour and being patient with us when we were running late. Her notebook about local highlights was very helpful and useful. Our stay was delightful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin with my family.

great place for a big group
Plenty of bedrooms for everyone .Showers were small, but very usable. Loads of room outside for yard games and the new sand volleyball court was great. used it a lot! Game was being renovated and will be really nice when it's done. Overall, a wonderful time and I would recommend it for any large group of people.

Excellent response to any questions prior to stay. Great welcome by the property manager. Perfect for large groups with options to spread out. Only downside was the living room furniture, (time for some new couches and chairs). Otherwise exactly as advertised and will likely return with our annual get together, thanks !

Great getaway
Great place to rent out for the weekend. The rec room was a plus for the teen boys. Great memories were made. Enjoyed using the patio and the bonfire was a plus to use in the evening.

Great place to stay with a large group!
7 couples that became friends in AZ for the winter gathered at Maxxed Out Guides for a few days of golf, fun, eating and a lot of laughs! This place was just what we were looking for and it didn't disappoint! It was great to stay all under one roof and the accommodations were just what we were looking for.

Great place for a large group
Our family had a wonderful time at Maxxed Out Guides! There was plenty of sleeping accommodations for the 22 people in our group! Plenty of room to sprawl out whether indoors or outdoors. The game room was a hit for the younger kids and teenagers. Lots of yard space for games of all sorts! Very private and secluded! Everyone had a great time!! Sara was very attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend this resort for a family getaway!

Good setting
It was a good setting for our family gathering with kids. Outdoor space to play soccer, baseball and kickball.
Sarah was a good host and did well at making sure everything was ready for the weekend and was accommodating.

Great getaway place.
Cabin was nice and big, it really did fit all 19 of us. Backyard was great, it dried up in time before our stay and we were able to set up our volleyball net. Firepit was right by the deck so it was easy access. Gameroom was actually very pleasant with the pingpong table and a nice smart TV. The only small problems we had was that the beds were too hard as it is loaded with springs and we would constantly wake up sore all-around our bodies. There seems to be quite some dust as our allergies kicked in whenever we stayed inside. And we couldn't get the oven to work but that wasnt a big deal. Also, the photos showing the lake and fishing dock should probably be taking down or captioned as a nearby lake, because we initially planned for a lake but found out it was actually 15-20mins drive away. Overall, definitely a nice getaway cabin in the middle of farm lands, fits a big group of people as well and great communication with Sarah.

19 adults stayed comfortably in the lodge it was a cold snowing weekend and we had fun
The lodge was clean and well stocked for our group of 19. We brought a couple of folding tables and chairs for meals and game playing, other than that it was fine. Our group went into Dawson bowling on Saturday afternoon and we enjoyed the hospitality of the Dawson bowl. We would stay again for our winter weekend getaway.

Very accommodating to large groups
We rented this cabin for our annual girls weekend. We planned on 15 of us staying, but only had 8. The cabin was nice and had more than enough room for us. Definitely room for 20! We were able to cook our meals and play our outside yard games. The game room was an added bonus as we played ping pong and foozeball. When we contacted the owner, he was very accommodating to any needs or concerns we had. I definitely think this cabin is more geared towards a hunting crew, but we still enjoyed our stay very much.
