The room was big and the bed was comfortable. We were specifically looking for a suite with a separate room for the bedroom with a door that closed and this hotel met that need for a very reasonable price, although you will see below that we had to fight for that room.

The room was pretty dirty, hard wood floors and our feet were BLACK after walking on them for a day. We specifically booked a King Suite because we needed the bed in a room with a closed door because I was working from the hotel as we transitioned to move. The pictures showed the room we wanted, but the hotel staff tried to put us in a different room and we had to fight with them and show them pictures to get the room we paid for. Then we ended up having to extent our stay twice and booked the same room and each time we went to the desk with our extended booking, they fought with us over the room. The pictures showed the room and it specifically said “king suite” on our reservation, and it was the most expensive room we could book, but they continued to try and put us in a less expensive room. Super annoying to have to continually fight for the room we PAID for. Breakfast was almost non existent. It was limited to waffles, yogurt, cereal and apples. The first couple of mornings there was soggy runny eggs but they were gone if you weren’t down there by 7:30, but after the first couple of morning there was not eggs anymore at all (we were there for about a month)

It was very quiet for the day we where there

The hotel did not look like what they had on there pictures and they didn’t have enough blankets or towels for them 5 days I was there.

I like that the staff was nice.

It was dirty the head bored was very greasy and the fridge was leaking and the first set of towels I had were still dirty.

Room was dirty, there were long black strands of hair in the bed, towels, tub, wash clothes. The tv didn't work the remote wouldn't allow you to change channels. The bed sheets were stained. They charge for parking

noisy neighbors - rooms are not very soundproof, very limited breakfast choices - no bread, no pastries, no meat, extra charge for parking, no towels in the pool towards the end of the day.

The building was nasty. Every thing was filthy, floors,outside enterence and back entrence. First floor smelled like weed. People standinding on back steps, smoking weed and wouldn't move. This was were we had to enter to get to our room. The first night we stayed we asked for extra blankets,pillows and were told they didn't have any. Our rooms were changed to king size beds and we were put in the smoking rooms. The pull out couch was filthy food under mattress. We had to pay to park in there parking lot. Second day my daughter went down to lobby to use computer and a homeless man approached my daughter and asked for money. After that we didn't feel safe. Housekeeping staff didn't speek or understand english had to use translater on phone. Very loud partys in rooms you could here down the hall.

The building was old, the entrance was hard to find since directions lead you to the back of the building and the stairway had a strong smell of Marijuana

It smelled like smoke throughout the hotel. Nothing was cleaned at all. Over heard another person staying making a drug deal.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing

Bad shape, Paint peeling. Propositioned by a barefoot woman in hallway. Gaps in door. Hallways smelled of weed and mildew. Room was dirty. I wouldnt let my dog sit on the sofa in the room much less my family. Charged me for parking in a open public lot.

Breakfast was good

The fridge in my room wasn’t working that great and I had to throw away all my food only bad part.

Evening worker very helpful in locating my phone left in taxi and very caring. After all day flights and jet lag I was exhausted.

The Location

They said they had a balcony but come to find out all the doors was sealed couldn’t open some of the doors that was a bomber .

first off the let out bed had no covers sheet’s nothing on it. second the tv didn’t work properly the whole time I stayed there and they barely had any towels housekeeping didn’t clean very well tube was dirty and so was the sofa bed
