We spent the night after a day touring distilleries. Downtown Frankfort is quaint and walkable. The suite is clean and attractive. Highly recommend.

Very cute, great location for walking around town. Close to restaurants, bars, bakeries, ice cream, coffee shop. Bed was comfortable and amenities included were a nice touch. Owners great with communication as well. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is a gem! We loved our brief stay in Frankfort. It was our first time to visit here and this apartment is perfect. The location is awesome for walking around downtown to see the sights as well as restaurants and drinking establishments. The apartment had everything we required for our short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated having the kitchen available for storing our refrigerated and frozen items as well as for breakfast. Having the coffee maker and a toaster was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Frankfort.

This property was fantastic! It is wonderfully located; we were able to walk so many places from here! It was incredibly clean and even had snacks and water! I'd stay here again if/when we're ever back in the area!

The property is in a great location for Bourbon trail visits. It is walkable to downtown attractions and restaurants. No issues with on street parking. Very clean and accommodating.

Finding this place was easy and for whatever reason it was available fory stay of three nights. I say that because it should be booked always! While no stove or oven for cooking, it is just steps away from some pretty cool restaurant spots. Mexican right up the street, Italian across from the Mexican spot, Bourbon on Main two blocks away, and rt next door was Good Wood. I parked my car and left it sitting all week. Bonus, steps across the street is House of Commons! Kentucky Bourbon bar, no food, but let's be honest...why are you in Frankfort in the first place. The owner Dave has something really special there. Tell him Jeff from Columbus said hi when ya go in.
The unit itself was exactly what I needed, some space to stretch out with a comfy couch and tv. Separated by a cool non working fireplace was the bedroom with an incredibly comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Getting inside with a keypad made entry and exit easy. The kitchenette had snacks, a full sized fridge and kitchen space with all utensils needed to bring back and eat some leftovers.
The owner's communication was super. Thanks so much for such a great work week in Frankfort! I WILL be back!

Our first time in Frankfort and it will not be our last. The location of this unit is great. Right in the middle of historic downtown, walking distance to everything. Only weird thing is parking, but it worked out fine for us. 2 hour max in a parking spot on the street until 5:00 during the week, as long as you want on the weekends. We were never in the unit too much during the day so worked fine. Even if you have to walk a bit not bad at all. Great space, comfortable, perfect for us and our long weekend.

This adorable flat in Frankfort is within walking distance to several bars and restaurants and less than a 5 minute drive to Buffalo Trace. Just a perfect location in Frankfort and the owners are very quick to respond to questions. 5 stars across the board!

This is a well renovated super clean studio apartment that is right in the middle of old down town Frankfort. Easy walking to restaurants and bars as well as Saturday farmers market and historic sites. The down side is it is downtown and you will get some noise from late night revelers both walking and driving by we had the misfortune of a car rap contest at 1 am on Sunday am. But still recommended.

Our son, who is in the Navy and stationed in Virginia Beach, met us in Frankfort for a weekend in Kentucky. The location of the place was perfect, considering we were going to Buffalo Trace the next morning. Of course, being on a Friday night, it was a little noisy for him on the sofa-bed out front, but it was perfect for us!! We will definitely stay again when we’re out on the Bourbon trail, or on our way to Virginia Beach!!

Quick Buffalo Trace Visit
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. We have never seen anything like it. The layout of the apartment is very cool/historic. Very clean. Close to many things to do and restaurants. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. There were also many free items for us! We will definitely be returning! Rhonda

Great weekend getaway
This little apartment was a perfect place for a little weekend getaway. Frankfort has so much more than we thought to do. The apartment was clean, well furnished, cozy and comfortable. It is located in downtown within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants. The individuals that own it were helpful and responsive to any questions. We will be back!

everything we were looking for...
we needed a downtown walking accommodating stay, this was the perfect place. its right next to anything in downtown. we parked when we arrived and did not leave the spot until it was time to head home. the host are very accommodating, very quick to communicate, and very thoughtful host. we will definetlybe staying here again
