Close to downtown

Very run down, uncomfortable. Felt like I was at a truck stop motel. Not a hotel. Went down to eat and was told it was all eaten sorry, there is no more.

The pillows were soft.

Well, where do I start?! The room hadn't been cleaned from the prior guest. NOTHING!!! not even the beds! And it was around 1 am befor we went In so it was too late to bother the rude guy working the front desk to ask for another room! So we had no rags or towels ... didn't want to sleep in the bed but glad we had extra pillows and covers from home with us.

Nothing at all about this property did I like!

Filthy dirty curtains did not open and, as were the windows. Old & run down property not maintained at all from parking lot, gutters, amenities in the rooms (e.g., blowdryer not connected to wall properly kept falling off and would not work properly, very old blow dryer, phone was not hooked up to wall, there was not a proper hook up for it, bare wires and no face plate on outlet, and some outlets did not work). The floor was so filthy that it was sticky. One could visibly see that the floor had not been cleaned in a VERY LONG TIME. There was old used kleenex under & behind the bed as well as visible dirt throughout the room. I was hard to get towels to use on a daily basis. One wash rag dissolved in my hand when I got it wet. The bed cover & blanket had stuff stuck to them and dirt stains. They had not been cleaned in quite awhile it was very apparent! The only lamp in the room did not work, nor did the plug-in. My friend fell while showering in the bathtub that had a rounded bottom, which was slippery with no bath matt. Luckily, he was not hurt too bad from the fall!!! The shower itself worked intermittently. The shower turn knob when turned on would not engage and made the loudest vibrating, banging, and pounding noises. I thought the pipes were going to burst! The walls in the room were dirty splattered with who knows what? I have more photos to share.

dirty towels in the bathroom/next to the sink, dirty shower/tub, cable didn’t work right (really fuzzy picture,) had a weird smell, red stain on a pillow, curtains were messed up.

The staff was very understanding and refunded our money when we left shortly after checking in

The room was not what we expected and what they use to clean the room made my girlfriend sick almost right away.

Close to interstate.

Fuzzy screen on small TV. Buttons on Heating and Air were damaged/broken. Shower nozzle did not adjust. Gluten intolerant so only had coffee. Allergic to donuts/ bread so no breakfast.
