Tengo 4 condominios directos frente al mar de cuatro dormitorios en Myrtle Beach. 2 de ellos se encuentran en Grand Atlantic, ubicado en la 20th Ave S en Myrtle Beach. Uno está en el piso 12 y el otro en el piso 9. También dos edificios más abajo del Grand Atlantic tengo otro en el octavo piso. Ese edificio llamado Paradise Resort. Ocean Reef es el cuarto edificio donde tengo otros 4 dormitorios en el noveno piso. Ocean Reef está ubicado en la 72nd Ave N en Myrtle Beach.

Our family of seven recently spent ten days at this beautiful condo. We were sent the code to get into the condo prior to arrival, so check in was a breeze. The condo was well appointed with everything we could want or need. The decor has been updated since the listings pictures were taken. All the artwork, lamps and curtains/bedding,was modern and beautiful. The location of the condo was perfect - far enough away from the noise, but close and easy to get to lot's of shopping and restaurants.

Host is EXTREMELY difficult and unresponsive to deal with. The host will not accommodate for any needs (even very simple or basic) and was not helpful in assisting with any questions. We dealt with extenuating circumstances of being stranded and host disregarded our situation. WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID PROPERTY LISTING AT ALL COSTS.

We really enjoyed the condo and it was very clean. We did have an issue with the location, our bad, we didn't research this enough. But, with that being said, it was somewhat unsettling that the building was not secure, none of the doors from the parking garage were ever locked and there was not one person at the facility checking wrist bands for the pool and other amenities - we noticed people walking from the parking lot with all of their belongings and using the pool, daily. Another really disturbing issue was the constant smell of marijuana in and around the facility, we wouldn't even let the grandkids sit on the balcony because the odor was so pungent, and in the hallway and elevators it was just as bad. Final issue - glad we didn't pay for the extra parking pass because the last 2 nights we were there, 2 of our 3 passes were no good, there was no parking available in the garage - and we did notice that there were several cars without passes, again, no one monitoring this.

We celebrated the Christmas holidays with all of our adult children. Kitchen is fully stocked. Loved how huge each of the rooms were. Each person had their own full or Queen bed, and the master had a King bed. Everyone loved the indoor pools and heated lazy river. Only challenge was the keypad on the door didn’t always work. The condo can accommodate a lot of people but it needs additional chairs for dining at the table. Only had six chairs - we had to bring our own extra folding chairs.

The unit was spacious and roomy enought for our three families to enjoy being together and enjoying each other. It was well stocked and found to be as advertised. King bed matress in master bedroom sagges and should be replaced. Owner/manager was very responsive to calls and questions. Clogged garbage disposal was cleared within an hour. Resort common areas lacked in-depth cleaning. Parking spaces were not sufficient during Thanksgiving weekend. TV operations and viewing instructions could not be foound. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. Beach, pools, workout room and location where excellent.

We had a great time. The condo is beautiful with breathtaking views! The beach is steps away from the condos pool area. Great food and drinks at the tiki bar. Convenient parking deck. Ages 3-60 in our group and equal fun had by all!

Very happy with our stay in Myrtle beach. It accommodated 14 people. 8 adults and 6 13-17 year olds. The place was up to date. 3 bathrooms very good size. Everything worked as it should. Views of the beach were perfect! Caught the breeze right off the ocean! Rufia provided excellent contact info and directions were simple and to the point! Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks again Rufia and Frank! A great memorable vacation in the books!

We enjoyed the 4 bedroom 3 bath for our group of 12. The couch needed updating, very uncomfortable but I would not let that deter you booking. Bedrooms are spacious. Small living room area for a big group. But otherwise, accommodating to watch the TV in other rooms. We had an issue upon getting there but the owner quickly took care of it. Would stay here again!!

This was our first time staying at this resort and my group was happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and stocked. the only complaint I have was the water heater or pipes in the wall were constantly making a noise which made it hard to sleep in 2 of the rooms. Other than that, it was a great vacation. My group would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo
The condo was perfectly stocked with plenty of room for everyone. We came down as a family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from college. There was tons to do right at the condo and all the myrtle beach attractions were close by. We would definitely stay again!

Property was very spacious and clean. Check in process did not go according to directions. Our items were not in the room so we went to front desk as instructed and they could not help us at all, said we had to go through the property manager. The biggest issue was key cards that allowed us to get from the parking deck to the elevators. A total inconvenience seeing as the only one that you could get in was the main floor and parking was always full on that deck. We finally received our key cards from the property manager on the 4th day.

Great View, found ourselves walking out just to watch the ocean. Unit was very clean.
Very pleased and would stay again. Ample sleeping arrangements and and Kitchen was well stocked. Building was also well maintained and the staff was very friendly. There is a mixture of Adults and Families using the facilities. Close to many of the top attactions.

Loved the Condo, hated fees and checkout time
Condo was nice. Had to check out at 10 a.m. although we couldn't enter unit until 4 p.m., although it was ready earlier. Had to take all trash out of unit and search for a dumpster, despite paying a cleaning fee. Info should have been revealed before unit was booked with no cancelation.

Great Mrytle Vacation!
This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. There were 8 of us and the condo had plenty of room for everyone. We especially loved the spacious balcony and spent as much time as we could sitting out there enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. There were boogie boards in the closet for the kids to use, and they loved them! Having the beach and pool right outside your door was perfect for young kids. We could easily go out for a short time and not have to drag all their "stuff" very far.
The condo was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and was exactly what we needed. The owner responded very quickly to any communication and was great to work with. Any building staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
Never having been to Myrtle, the location seemed fine. We drove to other activities, but nothing was too far away. The pools were very nice, and the lazy river was fun. Our three year old took great delight in going from pool to pool! The cute restaurant was only doing take out, but the tiki bar was open every day, and the kids loved the Italian Ice stand out by the pool. The resort was busy, and there were people outside pretty late every night, but inside the condo it was very quiet. We couldn't hear any of the outside activity unless we were sitting out on the balcony.
We would all highly recommend this property to any large family looking to spend some time at Myrtle Beach!

Property in major need of cleaning & upgrades
The host was nice and communicated well. The location was great with easy access to the beach. The best part of the units was the beach front view. The kitchen was well stocked with appropriate dishes and cookware. The appliances were decent. There was a new stackable washer/dryer. The problem with units was they are in need of a thorough cleaning and they are in need of updating for the price point. There was dirty carpet and stains on the sofa and chairs. In addition to this, there was a mildew odor throughout the units, particularly in the master bedroom. The walls were dirty, the air vents had thick dust on them and there were a couple of areas on the ceiling that requires professional drywall work. I would not be able to recommend this property in its current condition.
