It was my daughter’s wedding weekend.
The house on Gaston was lovely. In pristine condition. All the Checkin communications and details leading up to our stay were very professional and the management staff was very helpful.
It was a great time and are looking to set up another trip next year.

The amenities at the property were as described. One particular bonus was the front porch with comfortable furniture, good lighting for evening reading and a nice breeze that kept it cooler. The secluded back garden space was also comfortable. I would stay here again.

Wonderful location close to Forsyth Park. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, and get on the hop on hop off bus. There are 3 separate rooms for sleeping. There is no Keurig coffee maker only an old fashioned coffee maker. Could use a larger trash can in the kitchen, Kleenex in the bathrooms and trash cans in the bedrooms.

The unit as was advertized. We were 4 persons and very cofortable.The area and unit was quiet. As noted by other renters we were able to secure free parking on adjacent Tatnall street.

House was so big: full dining room, full living room, in addition to bedrooms. Everything was super clean. Beds comfortable and lots of pillows. Very hot water instantly in showers. All of the surprises were good ones. We felt super safe and relaxed here. Front porch was a bonus with 5 seats. This house is about 3 blocks to Forsyth Square and the 3 blocks are beautiful homes you walk by. It was a great value. Loved all of the decorator touches. Nothing in the house is cheap. Nothing. Honestly. You should definitely stay here.

The house was wonderful and accommodated our party well. Loved the back patio and front porch. We were disappointed in the mattresses and pillows. They weren’t very comfortable; not what I expect from a luxury rental. I don’t know that we’d stay that close on the edge near interstate again. We were awakened by gunfire from a street over on our 2nd night Overall great house. Dryer instructions would have been nice. We kept trying to dry our clothes and 2 dats later my husband discovered the dryer was a gas unit and it wasn’t turned on.

We are not usually walkers, but managed to walk to most locations we went. The walks were beautiful; although most of the flowers had already bloomed. The house was perfect with a little bit of "old" along with some new. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I needed a bigger space to host friends coming to town and this was an excellent rental. The courtyard alone was a great social space to enjoy the spring weather and take breaks from the holiday crowds! Lots of seating for us to host brunch and visit!

Unit was nicely furnished, plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Front porch and courtyard are nice to relax on. Easy walk to everywhere while being in a quiet location, parking on the street was easy to find and plentiful.

This was a very good rental. We were in town for a concert and it was an excellent location to walk to the shuttle. The place met our needs very well. I highly recommend the property. We needed some extra sheets and they were delivered within minutes, such great service. I was so impressed. We loved the courtyard area too.

The location is excellent in the historic district. It was no more than 0.7 mile walk to everything we had planned. Of course, a car would help at times but lical and historic district parking isn't easy. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. We used the room with the murphy bed, which makes a great suite, for one of us. The only downside is that it had the only TV.

Clean and excellent location. The parking in front is metered so it will run you about $2 every two hours and you have to reload it every two hours through the meter or on an app. The office suggested we get a pass but then a nice local walking by said the parking to the right on the road was not metered so we moved our cars there. We didn’t feel unsafe at all during our stay and walked or Ubered when we wanted to go out. The sunroom is large enough for two people and has the cutest patio off the back which is perfect for morning coffee. That rooms ac is very loud and buzzes so perhaps, bring a white noise machine or an Alexa to play it. The washing machine and dryer are very loud too so don’t do laundry at night but it was a great set. The water level treasure was great too. There were plenty of dishes and pans. I do wish they would have given more than two trash bags bc we ran out quickly. I’m beds were comfy too. The only tv is in the sunroom - wish we had one in the living room but that is okay. We didn’t watch any anyways. They do need to have the cleaners wipe the doors and fans down - they were very dirty. We felt like this would be a good quiet place for a family or a rowdy group like us. Once again, great location and super nice office staff.

We had a girls weekend in Savannah and our place that we stayed on. Gaston Avenue was perfect because there were enough beds because everything was clean. It was beautifully appointed. And the communal spaces made long discussions possible. Not to mention it’s beautiful placement in relationship to Forsyth Park.

The house was just as described!! The courtyard was very cute and cozy. We were able to walk to downtown. We drove to river street but if you don’t mind a little longer walk you could walk it. Parking on the street was easy with the park Savannah app. Close to a lot of cute coffee shops and historical areas of Savannah.

This place was adorable. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect in a great area and in the historical district. Very easy walk to the park or restaurants. I appreciate the property manager communicating with me quickly when i asked them questions. It was a little hot in the sun room area but we expected that and they had multiple fans if needed. My favorite part was probably thw beautiful courtyard out back. I would stay here again

Everything was as advertised and more. Great outdoor secluded patio. Located in the historical district and within walking distance of several interesting parks and squares. Only 4 blocks from Crystal Beer Parlor which has an extensive drink and food selection and a great atmosphere. A must place to go.

This house was amazing! My mom and I came to town for a girls weekend and we had the best time. This house has the most beautiful courtyard where we could enjoy a cold drink after a full day of sightseeing. One of the best features was that street parking was always available, and the street on the side of the house allows you to park for free. We loved the location of this property because it was so close to Forsyth Park but didn’t have the business of some of the other locations I looked at. *Bonus* My mom has limited mobility and only had to tackle the front 3 steps and everything else in the house was on the same level. So she was able to get around great.

Spent a long weekend with family in Savannah. VROB is walkable to Forsyth Park & historic district. VRBO is as advertised- we enjoyed the courtyard & front porch. On street parking directly in front of the property was easy for us to find. Would stay again.

The accommodations were doable, but somewhat dated. There is only one tv in the rental, which is located in the room with the Murphy bed. Since we used this room as a bedroom, other house guests did not have access to a tv.
One of the bathrooms needed maintenance. When turning on the water in the shower, water shot over the shower door getting the bathroom and floor extremely wet, including the mirror, towel, toiletries and clothing.
There were three hairdryers in the unit, but only one worked. Sink in one bathroom drained slowly.
Beds, including the Murphy bed, were too soft for our liking.
The best thing about this house was the location. It is very close to DOT stops. Also loved the free parking on the side street.

House was perfect for my mobility challenged mother- all one level. It was very convenient to everything. The fridge didn’t work but hopefully will be fixed by the next stay. I was disappointed the listing didn’t include all the hidden fees up front.

This home was lovely—I’d definitely recommend it. The only minor issue I had was in communicating with the property manager. The fact that this place isn’t operated by the owner means that if you contact the host listed on VRBO (which I did prior to our stay to request an early check-in), you won’t get a response. You have to communicate with a third party after downloading an app, which felt cumbersome. Still, great spot!

We are friends that were both celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk around the beautiful neighborhood & so close to the park. It would have been nice to have more than one television. We did have two light bulbs out in hall bathroom & one in living room. We enjoyed the outside patio in the evening’s. Early morning it was very noisy on the street with large trucks. We really didn’t like the on street parking. We definitely would recommend to others and use this home again.

We loved staying at Courtyard on Gaston! The home had everything we needed, plenty of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, plenty of garbage bags etc. We loved having the Murphy bed too! The location was terrific, close to the park and we walked everywhere. Parking was fine too, there were always spots on the side of the house that weren’t metered. Parking in the front is metered. The only complaint we had was my husband wished there was another tv somewhere in the home since we used the extra space with the Murphy bed where the tv is for our son to sleep in.

This rental was a perfect choice. It was big enough for five of us. It was clean , beautiful and right in the middle of everything we needed and wanted to do. Also the beach was only 25 minutes away. I would strongly recommend this house

Downstairs unit, single level with 2 bedrooms/bath. Great location. Nice sitting areas and kitchen/dining made it great for cards/games in the evening. AC unit worked great to keep us comfortable after long days exploring the area. Washer/dryer in unit proved very beneficial. Parking was easy and readily available in front or side of house. The only thing I wish the renter would do is if the stay is longer than a couple of nights is that extra towels be provided.
