¡RENOVADO! ¡Cocina, sala de estar, dormitorios, baños y piscina recientemente renovados! Esta es una casa fantásticamente ubicada con piscina privada y bañera de hidromasaje (climatizada por un cargo adicional), un maravilloso patio trasero con un camino de playa convenientemente ubicado a solo unos pasos que conduce a una playa vasta, tranquila y sorprendente. El nivel superior tiene un porche proyectado con vistas a la piscina con una vista parcial del océano. We loved every thing about this home for our vacation. It is in a prime location close to the beach. It has a great pool with lounging chairs. The screened in porch is fantastic in the evening. The accommodations inside the home were great and plentiful. We would definitely come back.

This house was fantastic for our group of 2 families!! The layout was perfect with plenty of space. The location in relation to the beach is awesome. Very easy walk to the Salty Dog and pickleball courts. We had one minor issue with the microwave in the house and the owner was incredibly receptive. Thanks for a great week! We hope to be back soon to the island and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We ❤️ HHI!!

Our family gathered here from both East and West Coast for a weeklong stay, including grandma, four adults, and four kids. The house provided everything needed - well appointed bedroom choices, ample bathrooms, peaceful screened in porch, blasting AC for the steamy June visit, dining seating, all the necessities for making meals, and most importantly - a great pool and easy access to the beach. This was our first visit to Sea Pines but won’t be our last.

Our group has always loved South Beach. We stayed in the condos directly across from the Salty Dog for years. However, our kids are outgrowing the space and we wanted a private pool to supplement the beach. This location had everything we needed and we could still easily walk to the beach (50 steps) and walk to get ice cream!
Check in process was a breeze and the house was spotless. Highly recommend!

Great week with 3 families and 7 kids (age 2- 16), walk to beach in 5 min via path from pool, walk to South Marina for free trolley or salty dog cafe in 8 min, bike paths all over, screened in porch that overlooks pool. Just know that it takes 30 min sometimes to get to middle part of island during ‘dinner rush’. Grocery store is also 20 min away due to traffic circles so hit the store on the way in and do pick up extra trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, hand soap and laundry detergent. Would definitely stay here again!

The location and amenities of this rental are fabulous- so close to the beach and South Beach Marina, with your own private pool we all enjoyed. The house is comfortable, spacious and well stocked. We would happily stay here again and hope to do so in the future!

This is our third time staying at 4 Brown Pelican and we would love to come back again soon! The home is lovely and so well taken care of. The property is very private but in the perfect location - so close to the beach and the Salty Dog + South Beach pickle ball club! The pool is well maintained and the owner is lovely to work with and very responsive. Loved our stay!

The location and amenities were ideal for our family of 6 plus room to spare. Plenty of space to spread out, yet the large open gathering space upstairs was perfect for eating together, family time, and games! We loved barbecuing on the new egg-style charcoal grill. (There is no gas grill for those that prefer propane) Everything was as described and much enjoyed. Thank you!

This was our second time staying in this lovely place. The well-equipped house is great for hosting family vacations and you can't beat the location. Walking/biking paths are around the corner and the beach is just steps away. One of my favorite things is the screened in porch for breakfast & happy hour. We hope to visit again some day!

This is the third trip that we have stayed at this property. We have always enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and south beach marina. We ran into a scheduling conflict upon arrival but the property management resolved issues quickly and we were able to enjoy the rest of the vacation. The newly redone pool deck was beautiful!

This is our 20th anniversary as our annual trip with our friends and our children. This has become like a family reunion for all of us! This was by far our favorite trip!! The property was everything that was pictured and described! The close proximity to the beach was amazing and we enjoyed all the festivities at the salty dog . This property was perfect for our group of friends celebrating 50 years of friendship. The home vas very comfortable and well equipped. So close to the beach and many restaurants. Exceptional experience from the initial reservation process, to our arrival, stay and all associated communications - all were wonderful. Had a couple of questions after our arrival and whenever I sent a message I received a response before I had time to put my phone in my pocket. Incredible response : clear and helpful. House and location were great (home decor, rooms, space, kitchen, pool, access to beach). Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Host (s) for this property were so responsive and would imagine that any other properties they might be responsible for would also be worthwhile to consider. Thanks so much for a great experience.

We enjoyed this house very much. The property location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. It was also a short walk or bike ride over to the Salty Dog which was a plus. The pool was also great and enjoyed by all. The owner had great communication and was great to worn with. The conditions of the beds could have been better, but the owner mentioned they were already aware and have ordered new ones.

Very close to beach and loved that we could walk to Salty Dog and all the shops in minutes or to rent bikes. Poolside was great too. Kitchen had everything that we could need for our stay. Will be back !

The house is beautifully furnished and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the beach is very close. The open layout of the main floor is good for family gatherings. We enjoyed mornings & happy hours on the screened porch. Kitchen is very well stocked. I agree with another reviewer that the king mattresses need to be replaced but otherwise we had a lovely week and would recommend 4 Brown Pelican!

This property is such a beautiful gem inside Sea Pines! The kitchen/dining/living are such a nice open concept. We also really enjoyed the beautiful flowers and trees as well as a bit of grass in the backyard for the boys to play football. The screened in porch was great for our morning coffee chats and we loved all the seating by the pool...and all of this only steps from the beach! Highly recommend this wonderful property for your stay!
