What a terrific Villa in Shipyard!
We were in town for the wedding at the pavilion in Sonesta. This villa is very close to the beach so if you're looking for close - without paying for "on" the beach - this is a great choice. Sitting on 6 green of the Galleon course at Shipyard Golf Club, it offers a beautiful setting looking out the back. Even through all of the rain & cloudiness during the week of our stay, it was a lovely view.
The villa is clean, nicely appointed, and very spacious! It offered everything (and more) that we needed. The master bedroom was roomy with plenty of storage in the dresser & walk-in closet. The bed & pillows there were divine! The mattress was comfy and having extra pillows is perfect! The second bedroom was very roomy as well.
The kitchen & dining area both look out to the back or the front (from the kitchen) as well if you're standing/looking that way. The office off to the kitchen was perfect for us as we worked remotely during our trip. Wifi worked very well. Half bath (downstairs) was nice to have as well. The living room was comfy and great for relaxing in the evening.
The villa and Shipyard area are close to many restaurants and shopping in the area as well.
The communication from the owners was OUTSTANDING!! They offered complete information about their place and communicated with us from shortly after our booking through our stay and beyond!

We had a great time in Hilton Head. The condo was an easy walk to the beach. It was very clean and communication with the owner was friendly and easy. The condo was very spacious and even had a pull out couch, but we didn't need it. Lot of kitchen essentials, nice bathrooms. We really appreciated the washer/dryer bring upstairs. Over all it was a great stay.

We have visited HHI for years now and most of those stays have been at Shipyard, and specifically at The Greens. We really love the proximity to the beach (short walk or bike ride), etc.
Although we have had lots of great experiences, our stay at 117 The Greens was one of the best experiences we have had. The updates, the beach locker, the bikes, and the fantastic hosts, made this a wonderful experience!
Overall, the villa was well equipped, clean, and updated (definitely as advertised). The hosts were very friendly and checked to ensure everything we needed.

Our family was very pleased with this Greens condo. It was close to the beach, had a nice view of the golf course, clean, decorated nicely, and had a kitchen that was well equipped! Alex was very helpful answering questions and offering restaurant suggestions. Would definitely stay here again.

Not only was the condo super close to the beach and had lots of beach gear in the locker on the beach, it was full of all the things you need but are never included such as full size dove soap, loads of toilet paper, tide, Sarah wrap, sandwich bags, aluminum foil, tons of spices, flour, sugar and olive oil. I was able to make French toast with vanilla and cinnamon from the condo. It had several laundry baskets to organize dirty and clean clothes. It also had the little shelf with the phone plug ones. The owner was so nice to work with and made the whole process so easy. The instructions even came with restaurant recommendations.

Love Shipyard! Great proximity to both beach and pool. Unit has lots of updates and we enjoyed the townhouse style with the bedrooms upstairs. Great communication from owner. It had everything we could need except a traditional coffee maker with pot (Keureg only). Would stay again.

What a fabulous villa! Clean, beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Great kitchen area with nice appliances and amenities. Living room furniture is very clean and comfortable. Super nice television. Easy and quick walk to the beach. The king size bed in the master is very comfortable and the linens were top notch. We look forward to coming back!

We absolutely loved this stay! The condo seemed recently remodeled and furnished very nicely. The unit was exceptionally clean and perfectly located just a short five minute walk from the beach. The additional locker located right next to the shore to store our beach chairs so we didn't have to carry them was a huge convenience. Not having to rent bikes for the week was also a great benefit. We'd absolutely stay in this location again and would recommend it as a gorgeous, quiet, CLEAN place to stay! Alex the host was great!

We had a great stay at The Greens. Alex was easy to communicate with. The location of this property is perfect. My only complaint is that there is no door on the master bath. I did reach out to Alex to let him know that the pocket door was not working, and he said he was aware and that the bathroom was soon to be renovated. I appreciated the communication. A lovely and comfortable townhome on a golf course. The beach was within walking distance, and the owner keeps a storage locker with beach chairs at the beach club. No need to carry chairs! The owner was very friendly and wonderful to work with.

checkout since unit was not rented the following day. Location is short walk to beach and Sonesta resort where we attended a wedding. Nice pluses were the 2 bikes which we used and there happened to be 2 beach chairs in the convenient locker at the beach. We were 2 couples and perfect for us.

Location, views and beautiful…
It was nice sitting on the sofa enjoying views of the golf course and walking out the front door to Van de Meer tennis facility. Also, the property provided 2 bikes that made it extra enjoyable. The beach is definitely within walking distance, very easy access from the property. The beds were super cozy, kitchen updated and fully stocked with all essentials. A must stay whether you are all for the beach, restaurants, golf or tennis.

Condo was clean and easy walk to the beach. We liked that it was on a quiet street and the complex was quiet as well. Alex was very responsive to us and even accommodated an early check-in, even though we were unable to get there as early as we thought we were going to arrive. Would stay again!

Four Generations Celebrating Life after COVID-19
Our family was so excited to be together for the first time post COVID-19! Five of us adults fit the space with no problems. The property is well maintained, clean, comes with use of two bikes and is in a great location. The beach locker was much appreciated. The beach pass allowed us to park in front of Clubhouse and was so convenient and much appreciated. Alex was the most gracious host. He accommodated us with early check-in, provided us with tons of excellent and helpful information before we arrived to help us prepare for the visit. Once we arrived, he was always available to answer any questions. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises, early morning walks on the beach and nighttime walks with red flashlight hoping to see Sea Turtles. We did see two Alligators (but not at the beach). Awesome home, Awesome home, Awesome vacation! Thanks Alex!

First trip back to Hilton Head After Covid
We were ver excited to return to HHI after covid and had a wonderful time. Alex was amazing at communicating with us the entire time before and during our stay and quickly answered any questions we had. The beach pass and locked was super helpful! We enjoyed spending part of our day at the beach and part at the pool. I also appreciated all the recommendations the owners left!
