Spacious Oceanfront home with private access to the beach in a gated community.
Casa frente al mar disponible en una comunidad segura y cerrada con acceso privado a la playa, que es sólo un paseo por las escaleras. Esta casa tiene 4 dormitorios, 2 baños, una cocina totalmente equipada y una sala de estar con WIFI para todos tus dispositivos. Mi lugar favorito en esta casa es la terraza con una hermosa vista al mar. La mejor vista de café de la mañana nunca.
La casa tiene cuatro camas king / queen para dormir 10 personas cómodamente, pero también tiene un sofá y un montón de otro espacio para grupos de más de 10. (Que podría ocasionar cargo extra) debería mencionar también hay un dormitorio principal planta baja con una hermosa vista ocen derecho de la cama y acceso a la terraza y un bar.
A sólo 12 millas al sur de la frontera de EE.UU. y 4 millas al norte de Rosarito hace que esta casa muy accesible para experimentar y disfrutar de la vida nocturna y de los alimentos variedades que tanto Rosarito y Tijuana tienen que ofrecer, así como un corto viaje de regreso a la frontera o el aeropuerto de Tijuana .
La casa se encuentra junto a un condominio dentro de la misma propiedad. El condominio es de pared a pared de la casa y cuando su alquilada comparte las tres terrazas disponibles. Los cuales se describen de la siguiente manera: La primera es un área abierta perfecto para tomar el sol, practicar yoga o cualquier otro relajante en virtud de las actividades de sol. Esto es sólo áreas de sombra debajo de la barra de la esquina. La segunda zona tiene un pozo de fuego, una barbacoa y una tabla que proporciona el ambiente perfecto para disfrutar de una cena para recordar por siempre. La tercera es en la playa. Esta zona tiene una mesa bajo una palapa por lo que puede relajarse con una nevera llena de sus bebidas favoritas a un paso de la playa.
Dentro de esta comunidad cerrada, que también tiene acceso a una gran piscina, pistas de tenis y un pequeño parque todas con vistas al océano. También hay una tienda de conveniencia a sólo unas cuadras de distancia que hace que la compra de alimentos, bebidas y artículos de primera necesidad fácil y rápida. También hay una serie de pequeños restaurantes y bares a la salida de la puerta de seguridad de San Antonio del Mar.
Como se puede ver, si usted necesita para escapar a relajarse o para conseguir un poco salvaje, este hotel es perfecto para varias parejas, un grupo de amigos o una familia que necesita un escape.

The stay was absolutely amazing! The home was spacious and clean. Leticia was an amazing host. She greeted us with the keys and provided a tour of the house. She was very accommodating and set us up with a taxi to get to an event we were going to. The access to the beach was easy as well. There was 24 hour security and a few restaurants and a convenient store at the entrance of the community that was very helpful. The only issue we had that was out of control of the host, was the property’s security did not not allow Uber or Lyft to pick us up in front of the home so we had to walk to the front of the grounds and back. This was a little over half a mile. Security said it was not allowed for short term rental properties. However, they offered us a number for a taxi service that they would allow to enter the grounds. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Stair access to beach run down making safety issue. Ocean view amazing, bedrooms in front of house ok but back rooms lack air flow. Overall ok for 1-3 days but I would stay any longer than that.

This house was everything and more. Pictures don’t do it justice. It fit our group of 8 adults perfectly fine, very spacious and had all the necessities. The view was spectacular! Definitely coming back! Hosts were awesome and very helpful.

This property was beautiful and the fact that it was on the beach made it even more amazing. The house was very spacious which was great for us to enjoy and not feel cramped in. Leticia was super friendly and was always quick to respond if I had any questions. Amazing house would definitely recommend if you want to have a fun and relaxing getaway.

Good deal for the price
We had a group of 10 and this was a great place to house all of us. It's right on the ocean with beautiful views, nice deck for ocean watching and easy access to Tijuana or Rosarito. We were there over New Years and it turned out to be quite chilly, which I'm sure doesn't happen that often in Baja! One of the back rooms was very cold at night, but Leticia brought us a heater right away. Leticia was great at answering and helping with anything we needed. On New Years Eve, a breaker blew and they came right away to fix it. Then later the same night we had to call again to get the propane tank changed. Again, they were there right away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, etc. There is not a lot of hot water in the showers, but as everyone says, "it's Mexico!" The development also has a nice little grocery store and a couple of great restaurants. All in all, it was a good value for a large group and Leticia and her family are wonderful.

Beautiful view and clean
It a good location. Security gate always great for peace of mind. House was clean but because it had been closed with no air coming through it has a unpleasant order the first day. I had to go buy scented candles. The first day there was no hot water I informed the order and she sent out a tech in the afternoon. The hot water in the master bedroom didn’t work during our stay and the water pressure was very low. If the other shower was being used it was even more so. The electric plug in master restroom didn’t work either so we all had to use one restroom to get ready. Besides that the location is good, the house was clean and the view beautiful.

Beautiful home! Amazing views and awesome manager! Leticia was very kind and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She even suggested some local restaurants that we loved. The house is in a private community but very close to the rosarito night life, which we loved! Would definitely go back!

A great stay!
We loved leticia’s beach house! It was clean and spacious and was right on the beach so did not disappoint! She was kind and responsive host and even offered to take us on errands if we needed. For future tenants, the house states it sleeps 10, but there are only 4 large beds. We realized this last minute and brought a couple air mattresses which worked great. Also, be advised that the house is pretty far down a rock road (about 10-15 minutes walk). If you grab a cab from the border like we did, be prepared for the walk. We loved the market and cafe at the entrance- the neighborhood was safe and had everything we needed for a great bday weekend! The security guards even called us a bus when we couldn't find a cab! Overall we loved it, and we are looking forward to coming back!

This is a great home, highly recommend if you want to be near the beach but away from Rosarito party. Great for family and Rosarito is a near drive. Food near by was good. Owner was very responsive. The actual unit was much nicer than the pictures. .

Great vacation home
Mrs. Fernandez welcomed me and my family with open arms. To her beautiful oceanfront home. The views were amazing and the house was large and it made my visit to Mexico that much amazing. Amazing Beach House!!!!!
Our family had an amazing time staying at the the beach house for the Christmas weekend. The owner Leticia is a great host, she provided us with all the necessary instructions making it easy to locate the house and enjoy our stay with no worries. The house is as advertised with amazing views, great home, safe and secure community that gives you peace of mind to relax. I recommend the house and will definitely be coming back!!!!

Starting from the Host all the way to the amazing view, it was just all perfect. I had stayed at Leticias home before (a studio) and I am just very pleased with everything. Nice birthday weekend
I had a nice stay at this house for my birthday weekend with friends. The house was great. I love that it was right on the water and had 3 level terraces. The terrace right outside the living room had a lovely view. There was also good communication with owner and accommodating to our needs. Overall fantastic stay! I would definitely recommend it. My only complaint is that I didn't get a hot shower. Hot water was in and out.
