This was our first stay at this property. The place was as photographed. I was looking for a place with a view and still economical. It was a small space but worked for the two of us. Kitchen had everything you’d need. A family of 4 might find it a tight fit. Very short walk right onto the beach. We would book again.

Not our first time in HHI for sure bit first time staying on this part of the island. We were happy with the location and especially the condo. Just right size for the two of us. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We don’t cook much while on vacation but the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the choice of coffee makers! We will definitely stay in this condo again. Highly recommend!

Don't hesitate to book this condo for your vacation especially if you have young kids. It easily fits a family of 4 or 5. Its cozy, comfortable,and well stocked.
Our daughter loved the pool the most because it was shallow and she made friends. But the beach is just beautiful honestly. FYI- If you enjoy exploring oir daughter loved the Pirate Ship excursion and we all loved the Island Explorer for Dolphins. We saw so many!! So many casual but great seafood as well. Thanks so much Dee for allowing us to see all that Hilton Head has to offer.

Above and beyond our expectations! Our extended family made this an event, thus 5 different units across the property were rented in various sizes. Though all were nice, the others we viewed were quite sterile, much like a hotel, which is fine, though a change of pace was definitely welcome considering the plethora of stays I have in hotels throughout the year for my occupation. Our unit was by far the most darling and charming due to the touches of personalization that made the environment seem quite homey, even peaceful. Dee was easy to contact and quick to respond. She and Bobby definitely have the right ideas in mind for their properties. Thank you again for such a wonderful break from our daily grind! We hope to visit the same unit again next year!

Great weekend at Hilton Head Island
Condo was exactly as described. Great views from the balcony. Location was great, one minute walk to the beach and one minute walk to the pool. Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with snacks, bathroom soaps etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spring break!
We had a wonderful experience at this property! It was convenient to get to, clean, had everything we could have needed (linens, appliances, dishes, spices, coffee pods, movies, books, beach supplies, etc etc) and the view was absolutely beautiful. The condo is compact but the use of space is very well thought out. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and honestly one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this property for couples or for someone who has younger kids. Would love to rent from them again in the future!

Wonderful Beachfront Rental
This was the cutest rental. It's small - 1 queen bedroom + bunk beds in the hallway (like a bunkhouse RV if that makes any sense). But it is very well thought out, very well appointed and truly you stay here for the views! They are stunning. Everything is as indicated in the listing. Comfortable bed, updated furnishings. I would rent this unit again!

Lovely condo, beautiful view.
The condo was well appointed, perfectly clean and cheerful. The view and proximity to the ocean were the top things but the bike trail was wonderful as well. Dee was just a helpful as she could be every time I contacted her.

Beautiful family friendly condo
We really enjoyed our stay. Felt like we were at home. Very private, quiet, clean. Steps to the beach. Felt like we had a private beach. Views were amazing. Breeze was amazing. Everything we needed to cook with. They stocked up on great items like first aid kit (needed because my son got a sting in the ocean), laundry soap etc. We hope to be back!

Perfect Honeymoon

Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I postponed our trip to Jamaica due to COVID, but still wanted to get away for our 15 year anniversary. When we saw the listing for this condo, we knew it was the place for us. This condo has EVERYTHING that you could possibly need. It’s clean, cozy, and has beautiful views. We liked that the resort had security and people just couldn’t walk in off the street. We frequented Jamaica Joez and Coconutz located right on the resort as well. Dee was extremely easy to work with, answered questions quickly, and had a nice snack basket for us to enjoy! This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and this is definitely a “do over” destination! Thank you Dee for your hospitality!

Very private condo on the beach
The condo is small and has a little age, but it's well-stocked and you can't beat the location! Enjoyed sunrises and moonrises from our private balcony and the sound of the surf at night. The beach is pristine and just a hop and a skip away down the board walk. Be prepared to climb a flight of stairs on your way in and out of the unit.

Over-the-top hospitality!
Although our October stay at the beach lasted just 40 hours (!), it really couldn't have been better. Our Ocean Villa condo was spotlessly clean, and the second floor corner unit was perfectly located. On our second morning there, before we checked out, I had the best view of the sunrise from our balcony. The condo's owner, Dee, provided over-the-top hospitality with excellent communication. She was also easily reachable via text if we had any questions. Although the condo is small, it is charmingly so, and has been expertly designed to meet every need. In addition, there was a snack basket waiting upon our arrival, and we were rescued more than once by finding complementary items in the supply closet (razor, toothpaste). We would definitely book this one again in a heartbeat!
