Breakfast and dinner was satisfying.. the staff was very helpful and courteous especially Ankit and Riya.

Had issue with room door, couldn’t get fixed so had to change room on the last day.

Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond the expectations. Excellent food.

Breakfasts were excellent all staff interested in what we were doing. Krishan ,Ankit Sonika, particularly brilliant 👏 2 of us were gluten free and chef would go above and beyond to bring us food. When we were going on road trip early in the morning they packed up fruit and cucumber sandwiches. Reception staff Adarsh & Juhi always courteous. We were absolutely impressed by everyone at this hotel.

No outside area or lounge to relax. Swimming pool would have been great.

New staff is not experienced enough . I have been staying in this hotel from quite a long but experience during this trip was not good at all

Staff was very friendly, rooms are so comfortable and super clean. The best hotel we stayed in out of 4 this time. The way staff made us feel was so special. Was so good that I was sad leaving. Location is convenient for shopping.
