I like the location and rooms of the hotel thats it othrr than that i have a very very bad experience with the hotel.

1st of all i would like to inform you guys reģarding some kind of policy issue with the manager Mr Hussain who behaved very rudly with my guest and ask for relation with the guest. 2ndly the hotel asked me to cancel my booking and ask me to talk my cash back and leave the hotel. Moreover, i have checked but the hotel policies from booking.com and the hotel's faq but didnt find anything written regarding guests. Booking.com also didnot contacted me even i have texted you guys. I want a compansation for a day in hotel of my choice from you guys because my booking was cancellled and you guys even didnot bother and i will also put a case against that hotel in consumer court.

Everythings was fine

The hotel is ideally located in Bahria town and was near key market outlets within Bahria. Very clean and well maintained property, and the entire staff was very well mannered and helpful. We had booked 3 rooms and were given upgrade to a suite room to accommodate our request for rooms closer to each other. The breakfast was very good, which included buffet and an egg station for your choice of custom made eggs. Rooms were well stocked with refreshments, fruits, and even Mangoes.

Because of strict security measures, it was not easy to reach the hotel location from outside Bahria Town’s Main Gate, and even upon entering Bahria town there were many security stops. We went in circles for quite some time and eventually had to ask a food delivery guy on a bike to guide us to the hotel.

Excellent buffet options for both local specialties like nihari, channa etc, and western options.

Nothing I could think of

Great ambiance, respectful staff and amazing breakfast. Rooms were really comfy and fully sanitised.

Good breakfast variety with desi .

I expect 100% orange juice in a 5* hotel not the sugar syrup served. Also had to ask for water , not good good. Toaster passed work date poor. Little selection healthy options , fresh fruits. Poor service.

Its truly lavishing and grand.
