The only issue we had was the door code did not work , but the management company responded immediately, got right in after that .
I found this cozy cottage to be very clean, very warm and quiet. It was exactly as described, maybe even better! Loved it

There was old ceiling leaks damage in the front room and both bathrooms. Master bathroom wall paper is pealing off the wall. There was only 2 wash clothes in the place. I bought 2 more wash clothes and left them there. There was only 1 dish towel in the place and it smelled like it had been baked it grease. I could say more.

This townhome was anything but cozy.
First day there, we found roaches coming out of cabinets where clean towels were put and dust all over the
glasses. Washer was dirty also. This was our only bad experience with a place we rented. We were told that there was nothing they could do about the roaches that they are part of nature. We did not pay for a camping trip. Would definitely not recommend staying here.

We had a great weekend. Overall the property was great! It was mostly clean except a couple of dead bugs on the floor. Beautiful home. The reason for 3 stars is the ordeal of getting into the property. The door code that was originally given did not work. I called Jennifer the guest contact person only to have to leave a message. So then I call evolve and am on hold for at least 10 minutes or more. Evolve is able to get in contact with Jennifer who calls me with another code that works. She says she will text to me. About 45 minutes later I haven’t received the text with the code and me and my daughter are leaving for dinner so I call evolve again and he is only able to send her a message and assures me that I will get the code information to be able to enter home when I return. Jennifer emailed code not text about an hour later. No-one should have this much of an ordeal to enter a property that they have paid to be at. Evolve was attentive to the situation and called to make sure all was taken care of.

Looks are deceiving
After a traffic filled drive I got there late only to have the code not work. Thankfully owner was there and gave us the old code. Beds were dated and duvets old. Neither had the matching pillow cases. Had to put pillow cases on stored pillows. While doing a load of delicates I opened the dryer to find damp smelly sheets. I REDID THE SHEETS because owner wanted me to just throw them in a corner. Porch was uninviting and did not resemble the profile picture.
Packing tape on guest room vents. My daughter came and stayed 3 nights and she said bed was uncomfortable. My master bed was comfortable. Owner offered to pay me back some because of the sheet episode. I was not going to accept it but now I feel she should.

Not a lot of great things to say about this rental unfortunately. There were dirty sheets on the bed when we arrived, an extremely moldy shower curtain and shower in master bedroom, paint chips falling off the ceiling in bathrooms, uncomfortable couch and dining table, one of the two locks on front door did not work. The place did not feel very safe. The kitchen looked as if it had been recently updated, so that was ok. The condo manager did not seem very helpful and was dismissive of our concerns. Overall, we did not feel comfortable staying here and don’t feel the other reviews matched what we experienced.

This property is beautiful! Special touches and decor make for a great home away from home. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was perfect for us. Highly recommend...unless you have difficulty climbing stairs. The unit is on the second floor above the garages. We will definitely rent again!

Great place to stay!
Needing to get the family out on a vacation during C19 and visit some family in that part of TX, we stayed at this lovely place.
It’s on the second floor condo over the other residents surprisingly quite garages. Being up high give you lovely views of the surroundings trees and you almost feel like your staying at a cabin in the forest.
Our stay was quite and peaceful. Enjoying morning coffee on the deck and family time in the living room. Plus, all the amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms or laundry a family might need.
The place is super clean (to my mothers standards) and all the decor made it feel homely.
It’s close to grocery stores and local shops (the nearby donut shop is fantastic, yeah kolaches!). If you want to venture further out, it’s close to main roads to get you downtown in the Woodlands or onto the highway.
Parking is limited but we never had a problem finding a spot. Additionally, there is plenty of space to take our dog for a walk around the neighborhood.
It was a real treat to stay there with the family and our dog for a relaxing getaway.
We’ll definitely keep this place at the top of our list for future stays when visiting those relatives again.

Great Escape
We came for a 3 day getaway and to visit friends. The townhouse was more than excellent. Yvonne is a great host who communicates well. Everything was sparkling clean and worked. They even had a welcome sign with our name on it next to the front door.
The location is perfect. Close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. Morning coffee on the front porch was very nice.
If you are coming to The Woodlands stay here. You'll be glad you did.

This is a wonderful townhouse in a beautiful neighborhood. My wife has family that lives in a joining townhouse so we are in this neighborhood often. The neighborhood is close to many great restaurants. My wife really enjoys shopping in Old Town Spring and my kids have a blast in Galveston. The location has something for everyone. The townhouse is beautiful and very clean. The moment you walk up to the home you feel welcome. The owners have thought of your every need. The kitchen is beautifully updated and is well stocked with all the tools you need for cooking. The beds are big and comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean and well updated. Overall we are very impressed and hope to stay here often.

My husband and I stayed here the last week of my radiation treatment at MD Anderson. It was very clean and well kept. The master bed is so comfy! It was very close to everything we needed as well. Close to restaurants, shopping, and walking trails. You feel like you are secluded in the woods, however you are very close to everything. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

Beautiful Wooded Treehouse
We loved this second level townhouse. It is tastefully decorated, newly updated and includes all the comforts of home; very peaceful and quiet. You feel as if you are in the woods surrounded by trees, yet only yards from the street. We will definitely stay again when our travels take us to Houston.

Excellent Visit
We have stayed at this townhouse on 2 occasions. We know we can walk in the front door to all the comforts of home. Having soap, shampoo, tissue, napkins and spices all in place means we don’t even have to stop at the grocery store first. It is always very clean. The bed is comfortable and we love looking out at all the trees. Yvonne and Mike are both very considerate hosts and followup quickly to resolve any issues.

I gad the pleasure of staying here for three nights while in town for Ironman Texas.
Property is well located in a quiet neighborhood yet is close to everything in The Woodlands. The home is equipped with all needed ammenities and some additional nice touches (I won’t spoil the surprise).
No issues whatsoever. Will definitely stay here again if in town.
