Property owner refused to give the booked accommodation through Booking.com. So cancelled the accommodation with Booking.com advise. Till now no refund received and no reply from you as well as OYO. Ridiculous.

Not liked at all. The no response & no action from Booking.com & from OYO for refusing the fully pre-paid accommodation at the last minute and the lethargic attittude for refund. May have to approach NCDRC (Consumer court).

You could not confirm my booking even though I have made the full payment. Proper contact details are not provided in the website either for booking.com or for YOY Homes property. Even I have sent the my concern over the emails ids from through which you have requested for complete the payments. I feel I was cheated

The worst hotel, didn't even allow us to check in, was asking extra money then what we have already paid in advance. Suggesting us to shift to their another property and cancel existing one. Staff's response was also very bad. Fraud system.
