Comfy Cozy Convenient Condo in Baylor Bubble/near All Things Magnolia, Downtown
Nuestro condominio acogedor, conveniente y cómodo está ubicado en Baylor Bubble y ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar con la conveniencia de la ubicación para parejas, familias y grupos que desean disfrutar de los sitios de Waco. Ubicado a una corta distancia a pie de la Universidad de Baylor y del popular Common Grounds, puedes relajarte en la seguridad de un patio cerrado y un patio privado cerrado. Traiga sus bicicletas para almacenar en el patio y úselas para pasear por Baylor, el centro y los senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta del Parque Cameron a lo largo del río Brazos y hacia el bosque. Very much enjoyed our 2 nights stay! Condo was super clean, easy to check in and in a fantastic location close to Baylor University. We were traveling with our teenage daughter and really appreciated both bedrooms had their own on-suite bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!

I looked at many properties while planning this vacation for myself and two friends. I kept going back to Jan’s property however because of how homey and comforting it looked. It ended up being the best decision I could have made. And for the amount of space it was a bargain. The home was lovely and all the furnishing were comfortable. If I go back to Waco hopefully this place will be available again.

Wonderful stay very closes to Baylor!
Absolutely loved this place and it's proximity to Baylor. Jan quickly responded when there was an issue with VRBO not sending check-in info. The place itself was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I as we attended orientation and Line Camp. It was clean, beds were comfy, quiet neighborhood, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely stay here again,

Great Place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance of many things like an ice cream shop, coffee shop, and the stadium. The condo had all that we needed, and the beds were very comfortable! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

5 stars for sure!
We chose this place because of the reviews. They were all spot on! The condo is much bigger than it appears on line and spotlessly clean. The beds are super comfy and the unit has absolutely everything you could want or need. Included in the condo was a printout of local places to eat that we took full advantage of. (Bari's Italian) was our favorite. This condo is close to everything and we very much enjoyed our stay.

A+++ Wonderful Stay! Twice as Nice!
My husband and I and our 2 daughters had another wonderful stay in this comfy and cozy condo! This is the second time we have stayed here and it was just as nice as the first time! The location can’t be beat…walking distance to Baylor University and a short drive to downtown. The owner is extremely caring and considerate. The beds are fantastic and so comfortable. We all enjoyed a great night’s sleep. Thank you, Jan!

Met our needs perfectly
We wanted a place to stay for a long weekend that provided convenient access to Waco's attractions and this property met our needs perfectly. The condo was very clean offered very comfortable bed and bath arrangements. The condo was very quiet with ample parking right outside the back dorr. It was a nice touch to find access to streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime channels available on the TV. We would re-book this property for any future stay without hesitation. Excelent experience.

Heart of Texas Fair
Our family stayed in this condo while in Waco for the Heart of Texas Fair. Don’t let the outdated look of the furniture turn you away from this comfy condo. The condo was wonderful. The beds were awesome and Mrs Jan even brought us ice cream. A definite 10 out of 10 for this comfy condo.

As Advertised
Our little family absolutely loved this little condo. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Waco. It had everything we needed, even some games for the kids! Jan was easy to work with and quick to respond to texts. We plan on visiting Waco a lot in the future and will always check the availability of this Cozy Condo first.

Lost out. Stayed 2 of scheduled 9 nights.
We only stayed 2 nights. We left on July 22nd. Jean got very sick. Wish there was a way to recoup at least some of our payment. We were scheduled to be there 9 nights.

Home Away From Home
This was a mother-daughter trip to Waco to see, of course, all things Magnolia. We had weather delays that made us miss our first day in Waco, but walking into the Cozy Cottage the next day took all that stress away. First, we were greeted by Jan (who lives next door) with a hug, which is exactly what we needed! The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Jan has provided everything to make your stay hassle-free. We didn't do any cooking at the condo, but the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary gadgets & gizmos if we had wanted to. What really surprised me was how quiet it was. The condo was very soundproof, not just from the neighbors, but within the condo itself.
I'm not sure when we'll be back in Waco, but we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Jan for everything!!!!

Comfy home in a Great Location!
We enjoyed our four night stay in this great condo that is located conveniently near the best places to see in Waco. The very comfortable beds were wrapped in quality linens, delightful for sweet dreams. Jan was a wonderful hostess and made us feel right at home with her kind hospitality. Don’t miss a stroll to Common Grounds coffee house and Heritage Ice Cream shop, charming spots just around the corner. Lula Janes was our favorite spot for breakfast. This condo was a great home sweet home for our ladies getaway!

Cozy apartment close to everything
The apartment was exactly as advertised- cozy, comfortable and close to everything. Having the owner next door with lists of things to do and recommendations about churches in Waco was helpful. Perfect size for up to 4 people!

Perfect for our Girls' Weekend!
My best friend and I brought our adult daughters to Waco for a weekend of "All things Magnolia." We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Jan and Bill have done a great job creating a very comfortable, very clean "home away from home" for visitors to Waco. Our pre-arrival communication was excellent - Jan's directions were spot on, and she sent so much useful information about Waco and "Magnolia." Even though it poured rain most of the weekend, it didn't dampen our spirits, and it was great to come home to such a nice place at the end of the day and relax. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we knew that Jan would gladly help if we needed anything. Would definitely like to stay here again when visiting the area. Thanks for everything, Jan & Bill!

Cozy and VERY Convenient!
We had a delightful stay at the Comfortable, Cozy, Convenient Condo in the Baylor Bubble! The owner was kind, helpful, and a joy to meet and visit with. The unit was clean, thoughtfully supplied, and well maintained. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft and nice (not itchy feeling like some hotels), and there was near-zero road noise from nearby I35 such that sleep was good and sound. Maneuvering to and from the convention center, Magnolia Silos, restaurants, etc. was simple and easy without even ever having to fight the I35 traffic. We would highly recommend this unit, and plan to stay here again the next time we travel to Waco!

Really Nice Condo and Wonderful Customer Service from Owner
The Comfortable Cozy Condo was a real treat during our visit to see all things Magnolia in Waco with our granddaughter. The condo was very well maintained and decorated. It far exceeded our expectations and provided a welcome home away from home during our visit. Communications from the owner prior to and the beginning of our stay and visit made us feel welcome and provided not only everything we needed to know about the condo but wonderful places to visit and dine in the Waco area. Highly recommend this location to others needing a great home away from home in the Waco area.

Exactly as described - cozy and comfy
