Casa adosada de 3 pisos con 4 habitaciones de tamaño completo. El amplio y cómodo Master tiene un balcón con vista al jardín con aire acondicionado frío, además de un ventilador de techo y un amplio armario. La habitación adyacente tiene un balcón aún más grande con vista al patio trasero. Tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, además de un armario muy grande. Los dormitorios tercero y cuarto están en el tercer piso. Todas las habitaciones tienen pisos de bambú modernos y cubiertas con sábanas limpias y frescas. Los baños están completamente equipados con toallas suaves y frescas y agua corriente fría y caliente para relajarse después de un día a la luz del sol. La cocina tiene todos los elementos esenciales para cocinar, hornear o si desea tomar su taza de té o café favorito o simplemente tomar una bebida refrescante fría, todos los artículos de vidrio están disponibles. La casa está en un barrio muy tranquilo muy cerca del aeropuerto. Wendys y el metro están a pocos kilómetros de distancia. We needed a place for one night that was conveniently located by the airport and this fit the bill; aa it is literally 2 minutes away. The area is quiet.

the host checked in on the second day. But we soon found out that the house is infested with fleas and bedbugs. Everyone that stayed had bite marks on their bodies. It rained the entire time we were there and there was an odor of sewage from the side and back windows so we had to keep the windows closed.. The neighboorhood was not the best, Was close to the airport was the focal point. Would not advise to rent it

This was the perfect location for a one night stay close to the airport. We were a group of 8 adults and everybody had a comfortable bed to sleep on with the option of air conditioning in each room. (Thank goodness!) We travelled with food but no drinks, and Barbara offered to take us to a nearby store for a few groceries. We were VERY thankful for this kind gesture.

The Home is large and can accommodate a lot of people. The Owner is very quick to respond to messages. The access when we got there was a key hidden somewhere, no lockbox or keypad. 3 of the bedrooms had Air Conditioning, the one with 2 single beds had no air in the 3rd floor and was way to hot to sleep in when we were there. The home is in an ok neighborhood. Directions online are difficult to understand. We stayed only 1 night.
There's maybe a 20 minute walk to the north where the beach is and a couple restaurants are.

Perfect if you are staying over a night in Nassau and flying out the next day to an out island. Close to pick up groceries and to some good restaurants. Barbara is very responsive and easy to deal with.

This house was great for our party of 7. Barbara was excellent, she gave us directions to walk to the local restaurant & the kids played in the ocean for a bit. Our taxi driver Mr. Nice guy, was awesome too!

As as a aviation geek the proximity to the flight path was great but not everyone will probably feel the same.

Sweet little house ideal for small groups needing a night in Nassau when traveling to other islands bc so close to the airport and walkable to decent dining. Beds aren't the most comfortable, but overall great value!

The apartment was just as advertised. Clean and well appointed except for the beds. The bed frame was a wooden box that made lots of noise whenever anyone moved in bed. The mattress was very hard and covered in plastic. The plastic made so much noise that it was hard to sleep. It was covered only by a sheet so made the bed very hot and sticky during the night.

My stay in Barbara’s place was amazing. Welcoming smile, lovely house, some caring for my late arrival make my stay perfect. The house is cute, very clean and smell fresh laundry. Thanks Barbara for your hospitality. I highly recommend.

My stay was okay
I stayed at this home last month we were having a siblings weekend. It had adequate space, the home is nicely laid out, and the location was good. However, it did not appear that there was maid service before we arrived. The window sills were dirty, the bathroom on the third floor not properly cleaned. When entering the house, it was nice, however, as I began to move through, I noticed a lot of little things that needed to be fixed. The bedrooms were okay, but the sheets on the beds were worn, and you can tell they were old. The towels were stained, there is no air condition unit in the room with the twin beds, only a fan. There was no iron, or ironing board in the house. There was only one television, downstairs, and we could not get it to work. Also, there was no large garbage bin on the outside. This home is a beautiful home, but needs some detail cleaning and attention.The bathroom on the third floor need to be re-done, and once again, the window sill needs to be cleaned. Other than those few minor issues, my stay was fantastic.

Very roomy accommodations! Convenient to the airport if you need a place to stay!
The house was very roomy and convenient for our stay before heading out to the out islands. It was nice not having to go to the downtown area. There are many restaurants and a terrific grocery store nearby for shopping. The neighborhood is very safe. I highly recommend the house.
