Muy cerca de la Costa Teguise, situada al Este de Lanzarote, cerca de la capital insular y a tan sólo 10/15 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. Dispone de todo tipo de facilidades en cuanto a alojamiento y ocio. Costa Teguise es uno de los destinos turísticos más atractivos de Lanzarote gracias a su oferta alojativa, sus playas, servicios y la tranquilidad que se respira en esta zona. Este es sin duda uno de los destinos preferidos por las familias que visitan Lanzarote.
Uno de los grandes alicientes de Costa Teguise es su oferta deportiva que abarca desde las más variadas actividades marítimas hasta un campo de golf y un parque acuático. Encontrará varias escuelas de windsurf y escuelas de submarinismo a lo largo de la Playa de las Cucharas y de la Avenida del Jablillo.
Los eventos deportivos y culturales realizados en Costa Teguise han ido multiplicándose en los últimos años. Cabe destacar la celebración de una de las pruebas del Campeonato Mundial de Windsurf PWA en la Playa de las Cucharas en junio, el festival Costa de Músicas en septiembre, festival de música brasileña en junio, entre otros.
Pero sin duda el mayor encanto de Costa Teguise son sus playas. La playa de Las Cucharas es muy apreciada por los amantes del windsurf mientras que playa Bastián es la ideal para familias con niños ya que es de fácil acceso y se encuentra protegida del viento. Cabe destacar también la playa del Jablillo, de arena fina y blanca y de unas dimensiones más reducidas que las anteriores.
Si visita Costa Teguise no debe dejar de visitar el Pueblo Marinero, un complejo de arquitectura típica canaria proyectado por el artista César Manrique. Encontrará restaurantes, pubs y tiendas, además de un mercadillo que se realiza todos los viernes a partir de las 19 h.

A simply wonderful property with plenty of space and very well equipped. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic as was the master bedroom. Short walking distance to local shops and restuarants with plenty of choice for both.
Replies from the host were quick and we were made to feel very welcome.
Only thing to be aware of is that the pool is deep so anyone booking with young children will need to keep an eye on them.
Overall we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful villa, spotless and loads of room. Great kitchen facilities including a washing machine and dishwasher, always handy with kids! Great comms with owner beforehand and during stay. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely week in this great villa. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. The master suite is huge. Everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sunbathing on the terrace and swimming in the pool. It's 20 mins walk to the restaurants but we enjoyed the exercise particularly after a large meal out! Communication with the owner was great.

The Villa is well located, being in a quiet residential area and a 10 minute walk from a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarket. It was very clean and well equipped, with lots of space and nice sitting areas inside and out. The open plan main bedroom and bathroom/toilet area is a little quirky, however, with two other bathrooms/toilets it was not a problem. Ana Iris, the host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again and certainly recommend the villa to others.

Loved the property, the stylish design/decor and the space it offered. The pool and outside area were also a big hit.
A bit of a walk into the main resort area, but there’s a lovely Italian restaurant just up the road.

My family and I booked this villa for a family holiday visiting our father who lives on the Island (literally around the corner!).it was immaculately clean, loads of seating areas (the BBQ area was the best!) And a wonderful pool. Ana was an amazing host and helped us throughout our stay. Were going to make it an annual stay for definite! Sophie and co

We had a week long stay in the villa. Ana "the host", was really welcoming and helped us out considerably. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa is everything that you can see in the photos, indeed very nice (only a 15 minute walk into the town). Highly recommended, if you are considering Lanzarote and Costa Teguise as your holiday destination.

We are a family of 5 just back from a week in this beautiful villa. It was so clean and spacious with lots of different seating areas which suited our group. Everything we needed was there and we loved the lived in feel with the owners art decor and personal effects. I would recommend this property and would definitely return. Thank you Ana Iris. 😊

Amazing stay at Villa Ana Iris enjoyed it very much the villa is so spacious with so many areas to sit I loved the outdoor dining. Only bad thing for me was depth of pool as a non swimmer it was too deep and I think this should be mentioned in the listing.

Three double beds and three bath rooms with various seating areas and a fab pool. You can spend some time together or find a spot for some solitude. It’s and easy walk to the main town (15mins max) with lots of restaurants. We enjoyed going to Playa Bastian - more sheltered - could walk there but we were lazy and drove. Walked to the aqua park for an afternoon of fun. If you’re staying in Costa Teguise you’ll struggle to find a better villa. We loved it.

Everything you see in the pictures of the villa is what you experience when you arrive. It’s a truly luxurious property.
There where five adults in our group and the property was more than big enough with plenty of space. Outside there is a great pool with sun loungers. Also a great shaded area for barbecues which we used.
The property is in a quiet residential area but close enough to shops and bars.
We can’t recommend this villa enough.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a property where all is as pictured and described! A wonderful villa with all that you need and more. Ana Iris is a lovely host and nothing is a problem. I would definitely stay again and have highly recommended this property.

Gorgeous property! We stayed from 3/4 to 10/4/23. Weather was nice and the property wonderful. We enjoyed chilling out in the comfort of the villa but also walked to various places around Costa Teguise - everything is very close so you don’t need a car. Ana Iris was super helpful when we needed anything.

Fantastic Villa, can’t wait to go back!
We spent a week here in April and had a fantastic holiday. The Villa is beautiful, clean and very well equipped. We were very comfortable and it felt like a true luxury holiday. The outdoor space is fantastic - the outdoor kitchen and heated pool got lots of use! The Villa is also in a great location with the beach only a 10 /15 minute stroll away and only 15 minutes drive from the airport. Communication with Ana was fantastic too, very helpful which made the whole experience easy and stress free. We can’t wait to come back!

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet aufgrund der Raumaufteilung genügend Platz für eine größere Familie. Alle Räume sind sehr hell und es vermittelt ein hochwertiges Gefühl.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber alle Dienstleistungen wie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen.
Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie waren stets sehr hilfsbereit und haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt.
Das Haus was bis in die letzte Ecke sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.
Rundum haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

A large villa slightly away from the tourist spots. Immaculately cleaned on each of the four weeks we stayed. Super salt water pool and great sun loungers to catch the all day sun. Convenient for good restaurants (French, Italian and a great English one ) and a supermarket.

Maravillosa villa y estupendos propietarios
Conozco la isla de hace muchos años y, tanto la zona como la casa, son inmejorables. Esta tiene una equipación completa, piscina, zona de barbacoa, varias salas de estar y comedores.... Limpieza semanal y propietarios muy agradables y dispuestos a que disfrutes, con plenitud, de tu estancia.

Fantastic villa!
We stayed in this villa for 3 months at the start of this year.
The villa has a large, very comfortable master suite and two other good sized bedrooms all with french doors out to the very secluded garden and fabulous pool.
There is numerous living/sitting areas and dining areas inside and out, all very comfortable and relaxing.
The location of the villa was excellent for shops/restaurants/beach and golf.
The hosts of the villa were very friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault them at all!
We would definitely recommend this villa for a fabulous and relaxing holiday!

Schöne großzügige Villa
Bungalow. Pool ist toll, genug Schatten und Platz für alle. Viel Platz in der barbecue Ecke. Whirlpool in dem einen Schlafzimmer, das sehr großzügig gestaltet ist (begehbarer Kleiderschrank; die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer klein, aber eigene Türen nach draußen, in den übrigen vielen Zimmern ist viel Platz), begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Der Ort ist sehr touristisch. Aber dafür kann die Villa ja nix. 15 min zum Strand, 10 zum nächsten Supermarkt. Sehr gute Kommunikation, auch auf deutsch. Wein, Sekt, Cola, Wasser war toll, besonders beim ankommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Costa Teguise
Es war ein grandioser Aufenthalt in einem grandiosen Haus und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der beheizte Pool war ein Highlight neben den tollen Räumen. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig und von aussen nicht einzusehen. Bei Ankunft waren Getränke und Lebensmittel vorhanden. Trotzdem das Haus ruhig liegt, sind Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr entspannter und angenehmer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus auch wenn uns in der zweiten Woche die Ausgangssperre getroffen hat. Aber genau hier hat uns die Vermieterin, Ana, jegliche Sorge genommen indem sie uns bei früherer Abreise die Erstattung der Kosten oder die Möglichkeit zu verlängertem Aufenthalt angeboten hatte. Danke, Ana. Wir kommen wieder.

La Villa est très bien située à proximité du centre ville et très proche du Golf, la Villa est très jolie, mieux que sur les photos, la communication avec Ana Iris s'est principalement faite par whatsapp, les indications pour accéder à la villa sont claires, la villa était dans un état impécable lorsque nous sommes arrivés, les pièces sont spacieuses, bien décorées, le jardin permet de se détendre au soleil confortablement, la terrasse couverte permet de prendre les repas en extérieur, seul petit bémol, l'eau de la piscine un peu froide, malgré la bâche, laissée pendant la nuit et la matinée, l'eau était à 22° Celsius, la literie est très confortable, le quartier est tranquille et calme.nous reviendrons surement, merci Ana Iris.

We have had such a great holiday here. The house is super luxurious and has everything you need, smart TV, wonderful beds, nice showers, great pool, big and cozy house and everything is super clean. The beach and center can be done on foot.
We will definitely come back again.
