My family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Really appreciated the concierge option for groceries. Although we did not use it this time, it was so nice to know that was an option. Having prompt responses from property manager was very helpful, for any of my last minute random questions. The pool was fun. I would recomend bringing your own lifejackets for kids.The pool was surprisingly deep. I would recommend this home to my friends, and we may visit again.

4 adults, 4 teens. This was our second time renting this house.
Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was very cool to experience our first 4th of July in the USA (Canadians here!) in a family friendly neighborhood. The fireworks started at about 1pm and lasted about 12 hours with almost every household putting on a show. We enjoyed every minute of the show!
House was super clean & comfortable, pool & backyard were great. The house was well stocked, all you need to bring is food, drinks & ice. A couple more lounge chairs would have been nice but lots of other seating.

I'm so glad we rented this house instead of three separate hotel rooms. We were here for Chapman Graduation (about a 15 minute drive) but stayed for Disney. My dad who is 89 enjoyed just relaxing at the house when tired (it was great that there were two bedrooms with their own baths) while the more adventurous in our group walked to and from disney (a decent but doable walk for teens/adults but probably too long for little kids). We stocked the house with food for a poolside BBQ and breakfasts and were happy with the kitchen supplies.. The pool table was a bonus. Will rent this house again if we are back in the area for an extended time.

Well the house fell short for our family. There was not one comfortable bed in the home. The tub stopper didn’t work, washing machine off balance, microwave malfunctioned! Each item was given to management but nothing was addressed. We also reached out for early check in 2-3 days in advance and were ignored and not able to check in till 4:00 pm on the dot. There is also a very annoying alarm you must push to go out back but no button on outside if you want to come back in. We did enjoy the game room but the air hockey table should be replaced. Did the house work, yes would I stay again- NO! Very close to Disney which was our ultimate goal.

We enjoyed the house. The game room was a big hit as was the pool- although the pool was a bit colder than expected. Place was clean and we felt safe in the neighborhood.

The property and location were good. I think the only negative thing I would have to say is that there were limited condiments. Most VRBO places I have stayed in the past has the basics like ketchup, mustard, coffee, and sugar. We didn't want to buy stuff that we would have to throw out later, so we kept it very basic and only had breakfast. Would of been nice to use the BBQ. Nice back yard and nice view of the fireworks

We had an action packed stay, Expo, California Adventure, Half Marathon and Disneyland. It was nice being close to everything and not driving too far. We had some down time at the house also for some awesome R & R.

The house itself was great, and in an awesome location. We enjoyed the Disney fireworks each night, and were pleased with the size of the house for our family.
Unfortunately it is a little beat up, and quite ‘lived in.’ It was just a resting place for us between Disney days, so we were not too disappointed- but the drywall and baseboards are in need of repair and it could use a deep clean. Lots of dust on fixtures and bed frames. And the pool/back door alarm is outrageous. No disarm button outside- so that thing is going off every single time you come in. Definitely needs some adjusting.

We stayed at this home during our Disneyland & Universal Studios trip. There were 8 family members that stayed here. We enjoyed our stay the kitchen was fully stocked, bath towels for each of us plus pool towels. Some of the beds were a little uncomfortable but the house itself made up for it. We were able to see the fireworks from the front yard of the house. There is a local neighborhood Walmart close by. Disneyland is a very close drive but not close enough to walk to and from, after walking Disneyland the entire day. There is a Shakeys pizza close by that we also enjoyed. We did take advantage of the pool and grill. The pool alarm is a little annoying but understandable for guests with small children. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again for our next family vacation.

This was the perfect house to stay at for our family vacation. There was 9 of us and it met all of our needs and we loved that we had our own pool! Very short distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. We even were able to see the fireworks at night from the house!! A lot of people in reviews complained about the pool alarm, however, having a 1 & 3 year old I appreciated the alarm. It eased my mind knowing it was there! I would recommend this house and would stay again if we ever went back.

As soon as you drive up to the house, it is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The pool was used all the time. The kitchen had everything you needed. The games garage saw some family battles to last a lifetime.
Areas for improvement
-installing a bypass for the alarmed doors going to the pool deck
-fire pit for roasting mellows
-cushions for outdoor patio chairs. There was a stray cat that was sleeping on them and gave house cats flee bites

Had to jump thru hoops to rent this property to begin with. Then when we finally got the code and got in, we left within 30 minutes of entering the property. There was a very strong smell in the house, almost like a lot of disinfectant was used to mask other odors- very overwhelming! Decided to go in backyard and use pool. Backyard has dead bird in landscaping and dead lizard in yard. Cushions in back seat covered in animal hair. Fake fingernails on cement under patio table. Garbage cans on curb for trash collection and men shuffling thru the trash, collecting and plastic bottles for returnables. After being robbed in Anaheim the night prior, this property did not feel safe, especially in the given neighborhood. I didn’t bother contacting management, we would not have felt comfortable sleeping here

We spend a few days visiting colleges nearby and going to Disney. It is close enough that you can walk to Disney, but if you are going to spend the whole day walking from one attraction to the next, it will be very tiring. The house has everything you need and everything works fine. Weather was not very good, so we did not use the pool, but it looked really nice. 5 stars.

The house is nice but there were quite a few issues that we encountered. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, the pool was not heated to the right temperature, the kitchen utensils and cookware were not properly cleaned and the pots/pans and dishes were quite outdated and old. Most windows were unlocked upon arrival and the refrigerator light was out. The air hockey game in the garage did not work properly and had dead spots where air did not come out of. The pin pong balls were broken and my kids were unable to play with them. We also have a family member in a wheelchair and there are a lot of steps throughout the home that were not mentioned in the listing nor are they prominent in any of the photos. the bathrooms are super small and not more than one person can shower at the same time because the water gets too cold. The house was super hot at night even after turning off the heater. Kept turning on automatically.

We have stayed at this vacation home before and we can tell there has been some upgrades - new flooring in the kitchen appliances all done very well. The layout of the home was perfect for our multi family needs, and with little ones we appreciated the door alarms into the backyard with the pool, which we enjoyed, including the barbecue after a fun day at Disneyland .

We stayed here for my daughters 6th birthday trip to Disneyland and it was perfect. There was 6 adults and 2 children and we fit very comfortably. The check in process was very easy. Communication with LaDonna and their staff was excellent, I had all the information I needed before entering the home. I had two questions while in the home and I received a reply within minutes which was so helpful. The property is so close to Disneyland it was easy to be able to come back and rest in the middle of day! My husband is currently deployed so he was worried about safety but I felt 100% safe inside the home and neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be booking with this company again!

Our experience at the property was overall good. Our first this has nothing to do with the house or management company, it rained for 5 out of the 6 days we were there. We did find the house as advertised but a little more used than what we expected. Pool was nice even if we could only use it one day because of the weather (cold & rain). We found some issues with the cleanliness of the home, HVAC filter had not been chance for a while, was plugged and requested them to change it and they did right away. The interaction I had with the management company was great, she responded right away to all my requests. Our overall experience was fine, and we enjoyed our time at the home and in Disney even with the bad weather.

This property was clean, easy, check in and close to Disneyland! My only complaint was the tile in the bathroom was loose and tile was cracked throughout the house. It’s an expensive property for having those issues in my opinion. Otherwise it was great!

My family & I stayed for Thanksgiving & the weekend after. The property was everything I expected from the advertisement. Definitely a plus! Everything was clean & very comfortable. My only complaint with the property itself would be not having the option to change the thermostat. There were ceiling fans in only 2 rooms. You can imagine with the weather being 82° & cooking Thanksgiving dinner, it got really hot inside & took quite some time to cool down.
On the other hand, I have 1 complaint about the property management company..... After booking & leading up to our arrival, communication was absolutely TERRIBLE! For months I was unable to speak with anyone to answer any questions I had prior to arrival. Emails were unanswered, phone calls to the number listed on Google were to a disconnected number & emails that were answered DAYS later were promises of return calls that never happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! As a business owner myself, I know how important customer service is. It can make or break your business. There definitely has to be some changes made on that end.
All in all..... I enjoyed this property & without the terrible communication, I would recommend to others.
