Our party of 8 stayed here in early August. We loved that it was within walking distance to Broadway and in a relatively safe neighborhood as we were travelling with young adults. I had read other online reviews and agree that for a space that holds a lot of people. The bathrooms and bedrooms really need hooks for hanging towels and clothing. There is nowhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries, towel, and clothing due to the sinks being pedestal -so no counter space or hooks. Just be aware that is an issue if you decide to book. Other than that, I would recommed.

We had a great stay here at this property! It was a quick walk to broadway and to Printers Alley. The unit was clean and it was great for our big group. The location of the property to all the fun on Broadway is perfect, only a couple blocks of easy walking. Michael was fantastic and was able to answer all our questions and get us checked in quickly. Please be aware that the person making the reservation is the person that must check in, our group arrived at different times and they were not allowed to check in until I got there even though I gave permission and it was past the check in time. Overall great spot and property.

Best feature is how close it is to Broadway. Overall the property fit all our needs. A suggestion would be to add towel racks in the 2 bathrooms. We had 12 people in the space and only 1 of the 3 bathrooms have hooks to hang a towel. Maybe add hooks to the bedrooms if you can't add it to the bathrooms? Sitting chairs (not stools) to fit the table height would have been nice but not a big deal since we were not in the space for many meals.

The property itself was great for a large group and we walked everywhere. Downside is if someone is staying above you; you hear every move they make. There is little to no insulation and this can be all hours of the day and night. If we come back we’d look at renting the flat above to avoid this. Michael the property manager was amazing and handled an issue we had the second night immediately.

Very clean place very near the heart of all the action in Nashville. Good space, nice kitchen, great rooms - again, very clean. Slightly low ceiling if you have tall people (we had 6'5" and 6'3") but that's the only thing of note.

The property was exactly as described. The on-site manager, Michael was so helpful and responsive. Leading up to our stay all questions were answered timely as well. The place was clean and perfect for our group of 12 mothers and daughters. The location is perfect. Close to the action but quiet for sleeping. We all felt safe and walked everywhere.

Short walk to Broadway. Great location
The apartment was very clean and the check in process was very easy. We were very close to Broadway. And just around the corner from Printers Alley which we found to be a great time. The parking garage is right next to the apartment so we didn’t have to carry our bags too far. We had a great time and would book again.

Great location, as it was easily walkable to the main attractions (2 blocks to Broadway, 1 to Printers Alley, 4 from Country Music Hall of Fame). Also about 1 1/2 blocks from a nice liquor store if you want to buy your own. We used Kroger/Instacart for groceries We had 6 couples and it worked well. Main communal area of the apartment was on the end, so noise wasn’t an issue. 6 true separate bedrooms. Smaller bedrooms without closets, but all had full dressers with mirrors so were nice for the ladies to get ready. Apartment and building were coded entry, so secure. Towels were provided (no washcloths though, just FYI) and there were box fans if needed. Showers were very nice. AC/heat worked well. Michael was easy to work with.

Great Location
A group of six couples stayed at this property in March 2022. The location is perfect. Just two blocks from Broadway and a 15 minute Uber ride from the airport. Having the gathering space for hanging out is so nice. May want to pack ear plugs or noise machine as you can hear the other guests in neighboring units. But then most people aren't heading to Nashville to sleep so wasn't a huge issue for us. Fans were provided which also helps with noise. We'd definitely stay here again as the location can't be beat!
