Mid-century modern ranch on Sedgefield Country Club golf course
Nuestro rancho moderno de mediados de siglo recientemente renovado ofrece un lugar acogedor para que los viajeros se relajen mientras visitan la Tríada. The house was very clean with lots of space. The neighborhood is amazing and location is close to grocery, food, gas, etc..
just a short drive to most of Greensboro’s major attractions. The description of the house is spot on.

This house was perfect for graduation weekend. Very close to where my daughter lived. Very close to Publix. Easy commute to campus. Gave us so much more space than a hotel for everyone, for the same price. Very clean.

This home in Sedgefield is a delightful place to spend time. We took a beautiful walk every morning and enjoyed the area. The house was well appointed with plenty of space for my parents, sister and my husband and I.

It was easy for us to get to multiple places like Charlotte (Amtrak), Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill with a weekend trip to Asheville. We checked out local golf courses (not Sedgefield due to a tournament). The place is well decorated. The kitchen set up is perfect. We would come back.

You will enjoy the thoughtfulness and playfulness reflected in the interior design of the home. Additionally this nieghborhood is filled with a variety of styles of homes-all nestled+surrounded by beautiful trees--a morning walk is calling you!

Great location & quiet neighborhood. Another mentioned the windows without shades; this is still the case. Owners clothes/shoes/personal effects still in the house. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing. Bathrooms really outdated. Owner was responsive. TV remote was complicated.

Our favorite house for Hi Point Mkt
This is the second time 3 of us have stayed at the coolest house for Hi Point Mkt...we love the location and definitely love the mid century vibe of Jayne’s home. They are great hosts and we look forward to it every year!

House is near tee box for hole 4. It is a sprawling ranch style home that has 4 great”gathering” areas — outdoor garden, kitchen, living room, and TV room. Enough space to spread out and comfortable seating for up to 6 people in every room.
Bedrooms are comfortable. Floors are beautiful (saw from Google the owners own a flooring business - so no surprise 😊)
A few things to know:
1) there are quite a few up/down step transitions between rooms (heads up for elderly people to be careful).
2) bedrooms do not have window treatments to block out light. They are high windows, so privacy is not an issue, but the light shines through in the morning for those who sleep past 6:30 (summer)
Owners were great to work with and we would definitely stay here again if we have a reason to be in Sedgefield

The property was great!! Even though the owners do live there, they made it feel like they don’t!! Everything was so clean and organized you couls hardly tell that their personal stuff was even there. The midcentury interiors were so perfect and the house was great for 3 of us!! I wish we could stay there for every market!! The owners were awesome too!!

The surroundings and neighborhood are amazing and the back yard is a fabulous living space. As designers staying there during the High Point market we were impressed and delighted by their remodel. Great Job! The coffee maker is a fabulous way to start the day...

Beautiful, clean home! Very comfortable.
We were traveling for work and had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was a great option for us and more enjoyable than a hotel room. (And you've got to see the awesome hardwood floors!) The layout is also good for two parties traveling together.

Very nice place in a great location
We enjoyed our time at the property. During a stretch of days in the mid-90's, it was frustrating to manage the A/C unit, which was constantly at 77. Refreshing, but not cool by any stretch of the imagination. The only other thing was just an expectation issue, where you are actually staying at what appears to be an actual occupied residence. There's a bunch of stuff there, like food in the fridge/freezer, etc. Would stay again- no issues at all. Just think it needs to be advertised as such and have a visitor program for temp control while guests are there. Perhaps this is common, but our experience to date has only been in rental-only properties.

This place was incredible. It was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful 4 night stay. The owners were very easy to communicate with and had instructions for the television and sounds system etc. The decor was incredible and we especially loved the outside patio area. It was really nice to have a grill available to use. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, beds were comfortable (Sleep#) and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would stay here again and again.
