So quiet

Location is perfect right on the street of San Francisco next to the church with wonderful history also many other Temples with beautiful Arquitectura

It’s very clean and room was very comfortable had everything you needed if you needed to cook your meals like I did

Misrepresented on Booking.com, dark, dingy and stuffy. Windows couldn’t be opened. Plastic flowers and plants and cheap knicknacks everywhere. Pateo shown on Booking.com was untidy and really small. Barely space for table and four chairs AND shared by 4 apartments.

This property is exceptional because of his owner or manager, the person who always promptly and efficiently answered all my questions and concerns. He did not lie only once. He always delivered and overdelivered. The apartment was impeccable, the location is excellent. It is located in the Old San Juan, placed that I loved because of its architecture, its friendly people, and its excellent culinary arts. My stay was superb, much better than in Las Vegas at the Hotel Paris. I am very grateful to Casa of Essence and to Old San Juan for my wonderful spring break, Thank you again. Everything was perfect, even the taxi driver picked me up on time. He was also very reliable. If you want to have a marvelous vacation go to Old San Juan and stay in this amazing property.

I liked everything.

The host was helpful and had a space to keep our bags pre and post checkout.

It was very loud when it rained with the plastic roofing

We received pin codes to get it great apartment! We loved it and highly recommend. Very clean and comfortable. Adorable live plants in the patio room and fully equipped. Full size rooms Kitchen, living room with bar, bedroom and a large entrance with couch for a 3 rd person, nice area close to everything

Hot water in kitchen sink would be better but we were fine as is slightly warm.

The kitchen lack of ventilation. When we cooked, all the vapors and odors after preparing the meals stayed for too long in all parts of the apartment. We suggest the owner install a hood in the kitchen and add a window.

Well design, local passion, nice staff, convenient arrangements and large space!

A little bit old in the building.

There were no physical keys, just security codes to get in the main entrances and the room itself. I liked that it was all contactless.

The shower water never got hot, however, taking a shower was not uncomfortable, just not what I am accustomed to back home.

Breakfast ? We don't recived . Well located.

The fridge was too small. The water was cold. The bed is too soft.

It was a perfect location on the plaza de colon right next to the market. The owner was very prompt in answering any questions.

Self check in was smooth. Location is good, They kept our luggage after check-out until our flight.

This apartment in no way can fit three adults, the sofa bed is in just in front of the bathroom and can not fit an adult. There is only one AC which is in the bedroom. The apartment was full with insects and was not clean. The apartment has no windows. Zero privacy if more than one person is staying. When we asked to cancel the remaining nights our request was denied. While the location is great, do not waste your money here. Plenty of better options.

The location was fabulous, right beside a grocery store and beside the taxi stand in Plaza Colon. We loved the garden room with its view of the sky through the transparent ceiling. The place also has great security.

The only negative for my daughters was that the shower water wasn’t cold enough:) for me that was no problem.

We loved the bottle of Champagne set out to welcome us. There is a cute little bar and kitchen inside, which was convenient. It was in the perfect location downtown. Near all of the restaurants, souvenir shops and grocery store. There is a small futon bed that pulls out in the hallway....it made for a unique and fun little sleeping area for our kids (4 and 8).

There were a lot of bugs and ants, likely due to the number of plants inside and the general humidity of San Juan. Our kids were unbothered by that fact.

I liked the area.

My familiy and I stayed at the Casa of Essece this past weekend and we did not have a good experience. On the first night, we noticed the hallway, rooms, and eve chairs were soaked with water. Aside from that, the recliners did not work and were wet. We were also disappointed in the lack of cleanliness throughout the room. There were no extra blankets, very little soap/paper towels. Also there were several stains on the sheets and pillows. Save your money if you’re thinking about staying here. Not worth it.

Adorable apartment right in the middle of Old San Juan. We loved the peacefulness of it!

Excellent communication and customer service. Hospitable. Beautiful building and living quarters.

Rain is loud on garden roof. Fortunately, it only rained briefly.

Its gorgeous, clean, in the center of everything.They were very accommodating😍

Internet issues

Great location. Friendly staff to work with. Responded immediately when our refrigerator wasn’t working with a brand new one. Was so quick we didn’t even miss it. Loved the garden room and how clean everything was.
