Location, clean, good food

The rooftop pool and bar was very nice. The rooms all had balcony’s which was also nice. It was kind of a strange setup for the bathroom.

There was construction starting at sometimes as early as 8 am and the walls were very thin so you can hear EVERYTHING. Which is not the most fun when your on vacation and want to sleep in a bit. I also did not like how they charge a 45 dollar service fee per day and then on top of that Puerto Rico charges a 7% tax for “rentals” so it ended up being like another 70 dollars a day on top of the price of the room per night.

The hotel has good and welcoming receptionist, it was clean and comfortable. The pool was sooo beautiful at night and getting compliments from the lounge was top tier service. 10/10

My friends and I had an amazing time at AC Hotel! Our room was clean with a beautiful layout. I love the convenience of having a refrigerator in the room with a microwave right on our floor. I’m happy we opted for the continental breakfast included in our stay being that it was $21+ per person. Breakfast was great and so was the food on the lunch/dinner menu. The food prices were very decently priced. The pool area was beautiful and the beach was within walking distance. And speaking of distance, everything that we needed was in walking distance and we loved that! We were very highly appreciative that we were able to check in early as well! AC Hotel was truly beautiful and we would definitely stay here again!

The only complaint we had was poor housekeeping! We left to get breakfast and hang poolside for hours just to come back to our room around 4pm just to find out that it still wasn’t cleaned! We had to request towels and the garbage be taken out…and the same issue happened the following day as well.

I did not like the room was not set up to accommodate four people had to wait for towel we had to go get them are self did like the view of looking at a Allie to Burger King phone doesn't work over charge us a extra 250 the elevators was broke a lot of things was broke but I did like some of the customer service but they couldn't even honor what they said they would do the following day

The smell in the rooms and hallways. The bathroom was not as clean in the shower area.

I LOVED the breakfast. The staff was very Professional and gave my friends and I a very warm greeting every time we had an encounter with them. Paola and Westley in particular were great! They're customer service was awesome! Next time when we visit hopefully they will still be there :)

I didn't like that the microwave was in the hallway. Just in case I wanted to heat something up late at night I would have to get up and go down the hall rather then staying in my room to heat up my food. But besides that there's nothing else that I didn't like about the property.
