I loved everything about this apartment I felt at home. It's very nice and clean the owner was great loved his personality and can't wait to visit again I definitely recommend this place you won't regret it!!

LIKE THE AREA COMFORTABLE THE HOST WHEN BEJOND TO MAKE SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE VERY INFORMATIVE AREAS AS TO WHERE TO EAT ETC.

EVERY THING WAS FINE

Isla Verde Aptm is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. its location is close to tourist attractions and to the beach. The space is totally clean and neat and is provided with many items for personal use that you may have forgotten and there you can find so as not to have a bad time. Mr. Javier and his wife Ivette, are great hosts and help you spend a wonderful vacation because they are always unconditionally willing to guide you with your doubts, to help you and provide everything you need. I will definitely stay at this place again with my family and friends. My husband and I had an great time.

Everything is to love about this location, stay, apartment and especially our host Javier!!!!! This was awsome!!! Place was clean, housewarming and all you need!! It was almost too good to be true but ALL was true! I will absolutely be calling this staff and booking here again. TRUST ME…. You will NOT be disappointed staying here!!!!

I liked the good service and the cleaning in the facilities.

I didn’t see anything wrong with the apartment. I enjoyed it.

Javier was so amazing so accomodating. He picked us up from the airport for a good fare, showed us around, gave us recommendations. He also has a very sweet daughter who also gave us some tips about PR :) He was so responsive and super sweet. Me and my husband work from home, he has a good internet connection, and the unit is super clean, has good AC, is very close to everything. We could walk to the beach and restaurants easily. It is in a great neighborhood and very close to all the action. Has a nice outdoor space as well. We felt like we stayed at our sweet uncle in Puerto Rico :D I would definitely recommend and stay there as well. It is a great price and location and host!

The area where the apartment is located is very convenient and inaccessible to everything beaches are no more than a 5 minute walk

It’s was a great 2 bedroom apartment, private your not sharing any bathrooms or kitchen. Have your own 1 vehicle parking spot, very close to shops, restaurants, beach. The host even sent me a list of a bunch of things to do and places to eat. Definitely will be using them when I come back!

The property is in a great location where everything is close by, from the beach to eateries. Javier was an amazing host, you can tell he truly care about the comfort of your stay. If you call or text him he always answers and accommodates whatever you need. Definitely will be coming back to one of his properties when back in PR!

The property is extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. Fully equipped with everything you need.

I did not find anything that I did not like about this property, everything is perfect.

I enjoyed everything about the property, especially javiers mannerism. The apt is well kept, and clean. I will definitely occupy this home again. Thank you Javier for the tour, and the trips to the airport. You will not regret!

Javier was the best host yet of my trips location is perfect he was there if you needed anything to help the apartment was super clean quiet neighborhood central location I will only stay here if I come back to Puerto Rico Javier is very nice amazing experience just everything was awesome with this stay the house is spacious and perfect the host had the apartment stocked with everything you needed and more as in toiletries and other items you may have forgotten even so the store is. Two minute walk by it’s nice they looked out for you in that way and it was quality products and towels

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Javier picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The house was clean and and smelled great. Our neighbors were respectful and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. If we come back to Puerto Rico or know anyone going, we will definitely be sending them to this location

Loved every aspect of the stay. What made this experience was the owner. Javier was a hospitable and personable host. He went as far as leaving us medallas (local beer) in the fridge after our long flight and giving us even more after drinking ours. The place was clean and beyond comfortable. The value of the place was cheaper then any other place while the quality of the experience was amazing. Would recommend my family friends and anyone to rent from Javier. You will not regret it.
