No heater in shower room And refrigerator is not functioning Water is so slow

We liked the caretaker/house keeper. She helped us every day, even though the owner paid her very little. She quit after we left.

Quiet and serene vacation place. Spacious and you can cook your own food if preferred. The caretaker of our unit was responsive to requests and questions. Very near to restaurants and to Crosswinds.

The WiFi could not be used. No cable connection for the TV. It would've been better if they provided some consumable like toiletries and room slippers

Villa was located in a Private place so very safe for guests. It was also very homey and the caretaker is kind and very helpful!

The television isn’t working quite as well. The wifi is also quite slow.

the post mentioned a private pool, its not a private pool its a pool for the community. and there was a payment every time you would need to use it to which we are not informed. the wifi is prepaid and can almost only be used by 1, the cap is ridiculously low. there is only 1 powersource for the tv and wifi - so you either watch OR have wifi, not both at the same time; they do not have extension cords. one of the bed in the smaller air conditioned room is literally beside the aircon which blocks the flow of cold air.

Got lost at first, because the road was being constructed , we have to turn around to bypass road.
