the location, our restroom wasn’t properly cleaned there were pee stain droplets on the toilet, the water had to warm up for 15 minutes before it actually got hot, our bedding’s kept popping off due to incorrect sheets being used, had to share towels because of shortage

They took $142.45 out of my account at check in, my room was $92 for 1 night plus a $50 deposit. After check out instead of returning my $50 deposit you charged me an additional $84 so I’m at a total of $226 for a room that should’ve been $92

Great hotel, fabulous staff, comfortable beds. Close to airport.

The manager DeMonte was very helpful when checking in and helped me sort out one of the two bookings that I had. His customer service was very professional would definitely recommend this hotel best hotel in Oklahoma.

Everything was clean and comfortable

Was given the option for cash as that is all I had at the moment and they told me when I got there they don’t take cash at all after I was given the option. I told them about and they didn’t care.

Everything was a bother to the staff, they had nothing to supply us to make the stay more comfortable- ice bucket, bar soap, food menus- near the hotel since the restaurant was closed for the Fourth of July. Breakfast and meals are to high priced. The pool is dirty, the room was icky- couldn’t even walk on the carpet it was so gross in room 101!

We were unable to use the reservation but still had to pay the full price of the room. A lesser charge seems more equitable .

There was a bar in the hotel that is joined with the other hotel. Bed was very cushy. The location is convenient right off the highway.

Swimming pool was closed, after a nice long drive this would have been nice to unwind. There was on refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in the room. Nor was there a bathtub to soak relax in. We did ask about moving to a different room or getting a fridge, but was told that not all the rooms have them, nor did we get any update

There wasn’t anything to like checked me into a dirty room.

Everything the professionalism was none existent, this is not whatever star rating that was given. Towels old and dirty hotel had a bad smell. Booking needs to investigate this hotel.

Easy access and clean

Location was OK, breakfast was OK, staff was short staffed.

Outside looking in hotel is great, inside the rooms are old, slightly renovated, had to be relocated to different room due to A/C not functional. Both showers appeared to need major work / appeared dirty, cracks in floor near drain, in short I did not shower during this short trip as a result.

We did not attend breakfast for simple fact is we wouldn’t about to pay $10 per person after we spent what we spent on our hotel room. I feel like it should’ve been included with the hotel price but you know everybody’s different.
