There were no redeeming qualities whatsoever. It was simply in the right place at the right time.

Staff was rude upon check-in. The breakfast was underwhelming. Renovations should have been made years ago.

The ease of finding the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff was amazing.

The toilet was wobbly and the pool was cloosed which was not listed on any site that it was down. The front desk said it had been down for awhile.

the entire hotel smelled horrible, my room smelled like straight pee and the floor was sticky. the staff was incredibly rude, even the general manager. they also tried to charge me for my service dog being with me. Mrs. Patel checked me in, her attitude was disgusting. i would highly recommend you don’t spend your money here, there’s so many other places in the same price range that are better.

There wasn’t much to like but the front desk worker tried her best to correct the problems that we came across. My room was paid before I arrived but was asked for an additional 100 suite was small for 2 beds pool was filthy with trash site was disgusting should be closed down for health accommodations for people with disabilities who can t get up and down 2 flights of stairs this place needs elevators also my grandmother barely made it up and down with help from the family.

When we first arrived our room was very smelly the front desk worker attempted to change our room but that room was also very smelly eventually we sprayed air freshener that we had with us in the room that made it bearable for us to sleep through the night since we were only there for two nights and I don’t think we could’ve stayed another due to being so uncomfortable.

When asked about changing sheets staff acted like they knew even though they had forgotten. When the cleaning staff came to change our sheets she was on the phone with family and in Spanish admitted to her family she had forgotten to do it earlier in the morning and now we were in the room. I guess she was unaware I could understand her. The staff also never answered the phone when I called the front desk

Check in ladies were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel fair. Dining room was clean.

Room had an odd oder.
