Breakfast was delightful and the wait staff was very accommodating, friendly, and efficient—a cheerful start to the new day. The central atrium was bright and lovely.

I didn't like that there was no handicapped parking. The only option was to pay for expensive valet service, though the young men were very friendly.

Should have offered a free continental breakfast for the price. And I believe I was charged for extra coffee packs I asked for in my room.

Wonderful location and easy access to where I needed to go. The front desk ladies was awesome and Jasmine was the greatest.

I can’t think of anything

The bed facing the large window overlooking the city was fantastic. I awakened to a rising sun and beautiful train station. I want to come back and fully experience the place.

I was surprised by the dinner and breakfast bill. It said breakfast included but it was not and there were no prices on the menu to prepare me. I understand for some money is not a question but I prefer to budget. I will always want to know the price.

The location 

The lack of cleanliness of our room . Microbial growth in the bathroom , used underwear behind the curtains in our bedroom used soap in the bathrooms. You could just tell that things were not properly taken care of.  when we called the front desk staff we were told to put the request in with the QR code that we were given. We put the request in six times and still nobody showed. 

The location was very convenient.

First off, this hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since 1970's and may have been inspired by The Shining. The room didn't look like it had been attended to before I arrived and just had the beds made up. There were no towels in one of the bathrooms. There were no trash bags in the bathroom receptacles. The lock on the door was broken and wouldn't stay closed. The curtains had brown smears inside of them. The walls were stained and gross. The toilets didn't flush correctly and you had to hold the handle down and cross your fingers. I had a party of 5 and my reservation reflected as such and when the sofa bed was opened there weren't any linens. I searched the room and didn't locate any. I asked the front desk and they had an attitude about finding blankets and sheets. Which shouldn't have mattered anyways because the sofa mattress was so old and it felt like I was laying on a bunch of springs with some thin fabric on top. Literally shouldn't count as a mattress. It was so thin that I woke up in the middle of the night freezing because I was laying on a bunch of metal springs and had to just close the bed and sleep on the sofa. One of the windows in the bedroom was opened when I got to the room. This makes me assume it's been open for a while and no one checked because no one actually cleaned this room. Weird stains are expected in hotels but not one I'm paying almost 200 a night for. The valet broke my key fob buttons and then didn't say anything until I confronted them. They said well these things break all the time. Okay sure, but it wasn't broken when I gave it to you. Told all of this to the front staff and she just sighed, rolled her eyes and said "I'll tell someone to check into it". Didn't look at me once and dismissed me. I just shrugged and left because their staff certainly don't care so I'm not going to bother. It was awful, just don't stay here!

The location is near the botanic gardens that are small but very impressive

The hotel is really tired and the staff really didn’t seem to care much. I stayed for 6 nights and they did not service the room once. They said rooms were serviced every three days. I told them nothing had been done on day 4 and still nothing was done. Checking out they did not offer any recompense. The breakfast was really dull, coffee old school hopeless. The carpet in the room was clean but really old, some of the equipment in the room was broken. The hotel seemed pretty empty but they kept saying there were no better room alternatives or late check out available.

Korridore im Hotel sehr dreckig, Abfall, alte Duschtücher, lose Verschmutzung etc. sind einfach im Hotelgang herumgelegen, keine gratis Wasser-Flaschen im Zimmer, kein Haarföhn im Zimmer, 2x Haarföhn bestellt und ist nicht gekommen bis wir auschecken mussten
