The location, breakfast, nice heated salt water swimming pool, friendly staff! And nice hot water in the room.
My bathroom floor had hair from another person, the tub didn’t drain very well. Every morning and evening there were people running around and stomping on the floor in the room and hallway above me. I unfortunately complained each time.
I think the cleaning crew brought their kids with them to work in the mornings around 6 am and were left alone on the third floor to run around the hallway and down the stairs to the second floor to the cleaning crews room across from my room. All the while slamming doors.
I was offered to move to the fourth floor on my last night stay. Who wants to pack up everything and move? I don’t.
The first night I was given a fan by the front desk man that helped with the noise that was definitely coming from room 317 as the hotel was booked full and several high school boys were there from what I saw from the pool area Friday night.

Breakfast was very good. Location was great! Water pressure in shower was super!!
On 3 of 4 days, housekeeping always came in with fresh towels, empty trash and made bed but the last night no towels, trash full bed unmade

It has gone downhill and we’re not going back.
We had to wait at least 5 minutes for a front desk gal to appear so we could check in. We rang the bell, hollered hello, nothing until she finally appeared from the office and asked what we needed, in a very non-friendly voice. She denied that we had to wait. She was not welcoming.
When we got to the room, the air was off and room was very warm.
We received a text asking if we needed anything, I replied to ask what time was breakfast. Never got a response. In the morning we got a text telling us check out was noon.
Bed was worn and not comfortable. Bathroom was dirty and had stains on wall under sink.
Breakfast was unimpressive. Eggs were cold

The property is as advertised. Meets the expectations. Good breakfast.
The Gentleman during our checkout was super nice. :)
The lady during my check-in however was very cold. My experience was like she let me in because I cannot be denied the entry.

Clean , great location , staff friendly
Mattress on both beds was not comfortable , had to purchase to gel tops to get some sleep .

Even though staff saw me waiting at the desk to check in (and there were no other people waiting to check in except me), I had to wait 15-20 minutes to check in. No one said hello. Normally, that would not be a problem, but at a hotel, it was just weird. When the clerk finally checked me in, there was no explanation. Also, it would be nice to have a clock in the room.

Convenient location. The one employee working the hotel was very nice and professional
There was only 1 employee working at 3:30 when guests were trying to check in. We waited 30 minutes before seeing anyone and getting checked in. Once we got to our room, it was not the room we had reserved. Went back down stairs to see if there was a room with a sofa available. Waited another 15 minutes or so at the desk without seeing an employee.

There was a dirty towel left under the bathroom cabinet from previous renters.

Long wait at check-in, no blankets, few towels, kids running everywhere and water on the floors from kids running back and forth to the pool.
