We had a wonderful stay with our multi-generational crew for an Aggieland Graduation Weekend. The home and backyard space were perfect for our overnight needs and graduation party/get together.

Our stay at this VRBO was excellent! We had a memorial service for the patriarch of our family. There was enough room to accommodate six adults and four teenagers. However, better communication with property management is needed. We did not receive the door code until the day of our stay. If this is policy, then an explanation of access and property rules is required. I only received the information after contacting VRBO late the night before our stay.

The property exceeded expectations and had all the comforts of home. We were not present long enough to enjoy most aspects, but the rest we got while enjoying the Thanksgiving holiday with local family was perfect. We were close to family, restaurants, etc! Danielle communicated with us throughout the process and made it easy to enjoy! The Christmas lights on the house were an added bonus!!!!

We stayed here over graduation weekend and enjoyed all the bedrooms, large well equipped kitchen, outdoor grill and beautiful location. The host made everything simple and easy so we could focus on family and our graduate!!

Very nice, quiet location. Close enough to access A&M but far enough away to miss the traffic and crowds. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Home was very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of restaurants close by.

This home was great for our Thanksgiving week with our Aggie grandson. There were 11 of us and we had room to cook a full
Thanksgiving meal. There was an extra frig in the garage which really helped our large group. The owner was always available to answer our questions and was very easy to work with. The location was excellent. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

We visited for of football game and to see our Aggie student. We brought both sets of grandparents and our high school sons. We were very comfortable in the property. Hosts were easy to work with. We would definitely rent again.

We stayed at the home for a Texas A&M football weekend. The home was exactly as presented on-line and very close to everything that you could need (restaurants, grocery, etc.). Having two bedrooms with an in-suite bath was key for us. The bedrooms are spread out which allowed the younger ones to go to bed while the adults could stay up with worry of making too much noise. We would definitely stay at the home again.

Aggie Ring Day 2021
Property was clean and very welcoming. Amenities were as described and perfect for family gathering. The house was nicely appointed and comfortable. Back porch was welcoming and much of our time was spent congregating out back. Thank you Cruz family for providing a stress free rental property. This was a perfect way to gather over trying to rent hotel rooms and find places to get together large group.

Perfect Gathering Spot
Great location. Close enough for a quick run to campus, but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a college town. Easily slept the 8 guests we had visiting. Very clean property. Stayed 2 nights for graduation. Hostess, Danielle, checked with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Home
we rented this house for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. I have an older grandpa and a 2 year old all with us so it was much better than keeping everyone in a hotel. The house smelled clean upon entering. The owners were awesome to work with and we would definitely stay again.

Great house but improvements needed
Property was lovely, clean and big enough for our family. However the following made us all uncomfortable: 5th Bedroom was full of daughter’s toys and belongings - very difficult for our little children to leave them alone - there wasn’t room for a much needed extra bed (as advertised); no empty cabinet, drawer or closet space for our belongings anywhere in the house; refrigerator was full of owner’s things; very scant hospitality products such as coffee - 7 Keurig pods for 7 guests x3 days, no tissues, no readily available toilet paper, no extra paper towels. The owners LIVE in this house with children and vacate when rented. We felt like we were constantly invading private spaces.

The owner has cats in the home when not renting. This was a concern for us fue to cat allergies. In the end it all worked out. The bedding was very clean and free of dander.

Perfect place to gather family
This was the perfect place to rent for our daughter’s college graduation. The house is spacious and slept 8 of us comfortably. The layout of the kitchen and living room worked well for entertaining as well as the cozy backyard. Highly recommend.

WOW - What a great place to stay!
My family came to stay for a weekend visit to Aggieland. The house was in perfect order, and we all especially appreciated the comfortable beds. It was easy to get from the house around town, and we really appreciate the comfort and how "homey" it felt. We will absolutely be back to this house next time we are in town. The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful. Stay here!

Very nice, well kept home, great for family gathering
We rented this property for 2 Aggie graduations May 2018. Danielle was very easy to communicate with and helpful during the leasing process. We hosted several gatherings to honor the graduates and the house accommodated the crowds well. The outdoor space was lovely in the morning for coffee and nice for evening gathering once the sun went down. It's location away from campus traffic was a bonus for us.
We were surprised to find the '5th bedroom' was actually a small office off of the front entry with glass French doors/ twin bed and tile floor. So to sleep 11, you will have to use air mattress. Otherwise, the flow of the house and bathroom set up worked well for multiple generations. It was very clean and well organized.
Would be nice if the fridge was a little more cleared out before our arrival as we had to try hard not to consume the owners products. Staying for 4 nights and hosting gatherings required lots of food and beverages to be brought in, so an extra fridge in the garage would have been fabulous. Overall a lovely property with very nice owners.
