Well, I have been staying here for around 40 days now, regardless of the point that I am a UAE resident myself but at times you look for a change that your work requires most importantly. During this time I came across this person Shakir Ali who has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance in his duty. In such an early age like him the maturity level is beyond 10/10. The professionalism is indeed remarkable for someone with his level of experience. Due to my odd work timings I have by luck seen him dealing with the most challenging sort of guests, yet consistently delivering his best guest service, handling inquiries and challenges with poise and efficiency. I was even more surprised to see the level of knowledge he has on hospitality while I needed some help for my (media work) the in-depth knowledge of the hotel and its amenities is impressive, knowing how to effectively communicate the information to guests, enhancing their overall experience. The ability he has has to build rapport with guests is exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. He has some real marketing skills as well. Shakir is surely a valuable asset to this property, always willing to assist colleagues. He demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic, often going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The leadership potential is evident in his ability to handle complex situations calmly and effectively. I strongly recommend after a keen observation so far to have increased responsibilities and opportunities for his growth within the hotel for such as deserved. Quick learners are always eager and ready to take on challenges. The hotel do not bother to pickup the calls. The hotel does not fulfilled my special requests which was only to add rose pedels, a room with good view of balcony. They did not had anything any fruit to eat, no slippers, not even a comb too which very disappoints me.

The stay was excellent. Our housing keeping Nagendra, was very polite, diligent, and thorough with his duties. He helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We definitely plan to come back to this hotel again in the future!

The place was very nice , quiet and calm. The staff was friendly , welcoming and helpful specially when you met Yahia he is very helpful and nice person. He always does his best to solve the problems.

There is always something wrong with cleaning. Maybe because of the old things that they have. Cleaning should be better but they do their best to make it good. The food was okay until I got some Plastic thread in my lunch yesterday. But they were sorry about it and it was an accident as they told me.
