The whole area is very clean and right next to the hotel is the best view of the city. We traveled with our daughter and we enjoyed the stay perfectly. We had perfect service at the hotel, the possibility to use the pool, we appreciated the possibility of brunch on the first day. We spent a lot of time at the tourist attractions of the city, although we considered renting a car (the car rental is right next door) but in the end we only used a taxi and it was more cost effective and no worries about traffic, parking, etc. We had a spacious room with absolutely sufficient equipment, which was perfectly cleaned every day, drinking water was replenished and the room had a beautiful view. Although it was city facing, the windows were well soundproofed The hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet, where everyone can choose, including our 3 year old daughter. In the evening, there is a choice of 2 restaurants right in the hotel or plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area.

I am not happy because, upon arrival time, the check-in takes time until 6:00 PM There was an issue with the system and I came by car from Oman for 5 hours I was driving… I believe that this kind of issue happened and this is not human fault I agreed ... but at least when this kind of issue there should be An initiative from the hotel, such as a food voucher, a price discount, or a room upgrade. to compensate the customer for what happened. Even when I asked for a better room upgrade, unfortunately, they said it is not available and I did not see any crowd in the hotel I don't know why the rooms were not available. However I didn't renew my residency, and I went to another hotel, which is used to their nice treatment.

- An air freshener with a very fragrant smell and very annoying. - The room key card does not work well in the elevators. - I was prevented from taking photographs of my family in the lobby under the pretext of using a professional camera, and they said that the instructions from the administration prevent this and must be respected, and this thing bothered me a lot, and I bought the camera to document the beautiful memories of my family, and I do not see any objection to photography.

The location is excellent with a panoramic view of Dubai Skyline form a distance and the surrounding walk path and restaurants makes the location ideal

Except for the room cleaning service, it was less than expected. Room cleaning is done daily for 3 days, but it was much less than expected, as only the bed and the toilet are arranged , not change the bed sheet even it’s not clean , Empty water cans are left in the room and not removed. Also, the coffee cup has not been cleaned even though it is used. You must be present during the cleaning until it is done as you like
