This is the absolute best home for your Florida vacation. The house was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Located close to shops and restaurants, as well as a short drive to other destinations like Fort Lauderdale, Miami, etc. Very close to the beach as well. The pool is a perfect temperature at all times of the day. Neighbourhood is very safe and neighbours are very friendly - our first morning there, one neighbour stopped by to inform us about the garbage pickup.
Karina was super accommodating and communicative from beginning to end.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in the Boca Raton area. We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed a nice home in a quiet, but convenient, area for winter break with our infant daughter. The pool is good size and the cage is useful for keeping out mosquitos. The house is well designed for a family. We had a small cleanliness issue with an appliance that was solved by the owner and property manager same day, which we appreciated. Recommend staying at the property for a nice time in Boca and the surrounding area!

Another amazing stay
This was our second stay at this lovely and very comfortable home. We had a chance to visit friends and family in the area and come back to a relaxing swim. The outdoor space is so peaceful and attractive that we spent much of our time there. Very beautiful beaches are nearby and we enjoyed two of them. Karina was so helpful and quick to respond to any concerns. We would love to return next year.

Perfect spring break getaway
This was a perfect mini vacation for my mother, two kids and myself. The house was exactly as expected very clean, spacious and full stocked for towels and all things kitchen. The location was perfect, central to restaurants, shopping, the beach. My kids loved the heated pool. The agent was responsive and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful stay!
We spent the most amazing 5 weeks in this clean, attractive and ideally laid out home. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. There was a generous supply of bath and pool towels and the beds were comfortable. We spent most of our time on the screened in lanai enjoying the heated pool. The surroundings are very green and private. I was able to work from home and the internet worked well. A special thanks to Karina who responded quickly to any questions we had. Hope to return to this lovely home.

We stayed at the house for four weeks. It was great in all ways. Well stocked with all kitchen necessities and towels. Pool was clean and refreshing and had privacy from neighbors. Furniture was modern. Extras included beach chairs/umbrellas, bikes, full lineup on cable TV. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house and location!
We had an amazing time at this house. It was exactly as described in the pictures- clean, modern and upscale. The pool with covered lanai was ideal. The house was a short drive to the beaches and Mizner Park. Enough room for us and our 3 kids. The little ones shared s room. The only thing missing was a cooler to pack with drinks and food for the beach but beach towns have restaurants nearby to grab what you need. We would definitely stay again!

Great and nice villa
We stayed for one week in this villa. The villa is well maintained and everything you need is available. The contact with the agent was very good. Our kids did love the pool. We’ve visited the beach at Boca Raton and also Rapids Waterpark (30min drive). Also closeby are restaurant and grocery stores (e.g. the Walmart).

This is the second March we stay at this home. We can only say it is just about perfect. So clean and well maintained -- looks just like the pictures -- and so convenient to everything, including groceries, restaurants from casual to fine dining, church, activities.

Perfect Boca house
This ranch style house is in a quiet neighborhood in southeast Boca Raton. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked an entire fancy dinner in the kitchen. The furnishings and architectural appeal were first rate. We spent most of our time outside in the screened in porch overlooking the heated pool. The yard is private and the plantings are attractive. I will stay here again when visiting friends in Boca Raton.

Wonderful property that was exactly as described. Karina responds to questions within minutes. The pool is very clean. Location excellent minutes to I95 and Publix. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful! Just as listed, pictures do not disappoint!
We stayed here in early August 2017. My husband was working in the area and we came down to stay with him. VERY clean. The only issue we had was the Jacuzzi jets needed to be cleaned out, but that was not a huge issue at all. Our three girls LOVED the swimming pool and used it daily! Karina was great about getting back to us, if we had any questions or issues come up. It's very close to Deerfield Beach and easy access to I-95. Publix & Kmart are less than 5 minutes away for anything you should need. We HIGHLY recommend staying here and hope we come back to the area again. When we do, this is the place we will be looking to book!

We were very impressed with the pool and location of the property.
The property was nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everthing to take care of our dining needs. The screened in pool and veranda was great. Overall it was the best house we ever rented for vacation.
