The bathroom door in the first room is broken! My dad tried to open and hurt his hand! The shower head is also broken! The whole thing fell down! Request to change room! The second room on the bed has like dead insects! You can see a lot of ants walking around on the ground! And the toilet door cannot be closed properly! I really recommend getting it repaired before rent it to guests! Very bad experience!

It had a shower
The bed.. mattress has a horrible plastic cover on so the sheets slide off, and the springs poke into your body, no matter how you try to get comfortable you can’t. Windows were closed but may as well have been open, traffic noise super loud and no sound insulation - could also hear all of the neighbours making noise through the night. No curtain, just a sheet over the window. Staff who checked me in was very surly and unhelpful. Way too expensive for what it was.

The location is near to the penang airport. The place is really clean, comfy bed.
It's just beside the main road, so expect constant traffic noise.

Close to Penang Airport. Take car around 5 minutes in the early morning.
The room was not clean. Maybe give the used towel for us so i have to asked to new ones. The Air-condition is not work.(not cool). Our room is near the check-in counter. On night still have some people talk so loudly outside so i can not sleep. Everything was bad for me.🥲🥲

The only plus thing about this hotel is it’s very near to the airport.
The bathroom was small. Shower and toilet together. The toilet cover mismatched the bowl. The first room they gave me had dirty toilet( they changed another room. Had to remove shoes as we entered the small lobby.

room very small, water slow especially basin. It is just a small motel which is not hotel. price was over quoted. Not suppose to claim as best hotel in Bayan Lepas which is totally misleading.

I really disappointed, the shampoo in toilet is hanging on the wall style and very difficult to press out the shampoo. Then second day early morning when we press the shampoo and the shampoo box fell down itself and the staff claim me for RM50.
the box not me and my partners purposely damage it, when we explain to the staff and the staff only keep on saying is hotel policy.
so that they put all lousy shampoo box and when people press cause damage then asking people pay for that?
I really disappointed and advise of want to stay better think twice.
