My wife and I stayed here along with two other couples that rented units. This co do had all that we needed and having a garage to store your car out of the sun was great. Easy walk to the beach and everyone is so nice here. We would easily recommend this place!! It’s an easy walk to Flagler and many bars/restaurants.

We enjoyed our visit to NSB and this rental. Unit is a bit dark and dated, but well maintained, and has all you need.
Great ocean view from deck and nice large pool a few steps away. Master bed/mattress could use updating.

Best location and amenities!
We had a fabulous time at this unit in the Watermark Condos! It was a great size with a view of the ocean to die for. The sound of the waves was so soothing. Everything you could need or want were in this condo. The new murphy bed came in handy, and the new couches are so comfortable! We all enjoyed the arcade games and the large TV for movies at night. It is such a short walk to Flagler Avenue for shopping and all the great restaurants in under 5 minutes. The pool was heated and great for relaxing after a day on the beach. We have booked again for next year we loved it so much!

However, we were two adult couples. The master bedroom is large with a large walk in closet and big bathroom. The second bedroom was small, with a small closet and no dresser for clothes. The condo would benefit from an update and a good deep clean. Doors were sticky and hard to open. Kitchen was out dated. The dishwasher was so tight against the wall and adjusted to the fridge that it could not be opened unless the refrigerator door was wide open! But the view was wonderful and the patio door opened easily. We parked our rental car in owners garage. The garage it clutered with old beach items and rusty bikes. The owner did not respond to messages on VRBO platform but the property managers, Kirk and Donna, were very responsive and helpful. Having rented at this complex before in a different unit, this unit was a bit disappointing.

Absolutely perfect location and extremely large condo. The unit was very clean, however I would say that the unit is in need of updating. The sofa and love seat are new but not a sleeper sofa.

Condo is spacious and has the best views. Pool is on the beach and refreshing after a day of saltwater. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on Flagler also make it a great location. My family loves this condo!

The master toilet want working until Monday morning.. kirk and Donna had someone there and fixed it by 10am.. both are very nice and helpful.. Sydnee. The owner answers all my questions and was very helpful as well. This will definitely be considered as a return vacation

Beach Vacation
Perfect location, beautiful beach views from balcony. The garage is great for leaving beach stuff. Condo is spacious and kids loved video games. Already booked again for next year!

The place is amazing!...clean, well-maintained, great location, and the owner, Sydnee, is fabulous; and.... the price is right. Sydnee's communication with us was terrific; usually within hours. You're right on the beach and a short walk to town. The view is amazing as well. We will definitely be returning in 2021!

Overview of condo.
Loved the location, furniture needs to be updated. Only two of us so we stayed in King bed. Sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed, rubber was old on sheets, dryer quite on us two days before we left. Construction on the building so we woke to chipping and hammering. We will give it a try again maybe next year. Always love to see improvements. Love staying in this location!

Lovely location, need some upgrading.
It met our needs. It was a older unit that had not been upgraded. Just a little upgrading would help. The shower doors were awful! Nasty and old. They can be cleaned.

Office managers were very nice and easy to deal with.

Perfect Getaway
We had a wonderful time staying at this property! New Smyrna Beach has so much to offer, both in terms of peaceful relaxation and fun restaurants and shops - and this condo is perfectly situated to take advantage of both. We particularly enjoyed mornings on the balcony watching the sun come up over cups of coffee. A truly perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Perfect in every ways.
A perfect or not so perfect vacation starts when you first arrive and check in at the place you will spend the vacation that you have looked forward to for many months. Checking in can be a pain or a pleasure and Donna and Kirk made it a pleasure. Then from their you go to your condo holding your breath to see if it is exactly what you wanted or if it has been over sold. Clean, well decorated and comfortable is so important but nothing more important than the view. We stayed in unit 403 and all I can say is it not only met our expectations but it exceeded our expectation. The view is every thing that you could hope for on your Florida vacation. You look down off your balcony and their is the beach. From the time we arrived until we left it was a wonderful vacation. When the manager comes out to the pool and checks to make sure that your stay is going good makes you appreciate them that much more. A few hundred steps and you are on Flager Ave. Shops and restaurants everywhere and believe it or not most of the restaurants have reasonable prices. Eat inside or outside. In fact if you choose you don't even have to drive your car the whole time that you are their because everything is in walking distance. I highly recommend unit 403 because I experienced. Watermark Condos is well managed and so clean and organized.

Great experience. I'd stay again. Perfect location. Right on the beach and a couple very short blocks from fun Flagler street. View from condo can't be beat. Clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. My only recommendation would be to freshen up bedding and sofas with new.

Location, location, location
Wonderful property just steps from the beach and a few more to Flagler Ave. Very hospitable manager, easy check in and out. Everything one would need to have a very enjoyable vacation including the view. The pool was great, heated just right. Very clean condo. We had a fantastic time and will stay there again if in the area.

Wonderful Place
This is a fantastic beachfront condo. Everything you need for a relaxed peaceful stay. It is within walking distance of Flagler Avenue. Publix grocery store within a mile and a multitude of great restaurants nearby. Sydnee, the owner, and the on-site managers are a pleasure to deal with. I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars!

Great place to stay
This is our fourth time staying at this condo. The unit is big and clean. We love to sit on the deck and watch the sun rise and the short walk to Flagler Ave for the shopping and restaurants. The location is perfect. We are now looking into staying a month next year. The site managers are great. Always willing to help and they do it with a smile.

This property is everything that one could ask for. It is right next to the beach where the sunrise and sunset are just breathtaking. I can't say enough about the condition of the unit and the ease of dealing with the owners of this condo. Checking into this property was painless. Everything was in perfect order once I arrived and checking out was such a breeze. The inside of this condo is amazing and it is very family-friendly. There is a huge master bedroom with a very big bathroom and a walk in closet. Also, there is a game room with arcade games right beside the living room with a huge TV which was great for watching movies and the football game. I would highly recommend this property for a family getaway.

Perfect Beach Get Away Condo!
This is our second time at this condo at Watermark and it's always such a relaxing stay. It's a great condo with an amazing ocean front view! You can see the beach from almost anywhere inside, or from the large balcony, which makes sunrises and evening relaxation so easy to enjoy. The condo has a fun game nook complete with video arcades, darts and a game table, all of which we enjoyed! The large master bedroom and bathroom make the stay more than comfortable, and the second bedroom is perfect for kids or guests. The amenities at the condo are nice as well. We love it here and highly recommend!

The condo is great! It had everything I needed and I felt comfortable and right at home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to rent right on the beach. The location is awesome as there are tons of restaurants, bars, and shops a short walk away and it is directly on the beach.

Great location!
The location is great ..right on the beach! I wasn't use to a beach that cars are allowed to drive onto so that took away from the beach scene and remembering to look before you crossed the beach was a challenge. The property grounds and pool were very well kept and property management is so nice and accommodating. The condo is very large, clean and has all of the necessities but very dark with the dark décor, furniture, rugs and linens. I didn't feel like I was in a beach condo. The owners are great to deal with and it was so nice to have access to their garage and bikes. Thank you! It is very close to shops and restaurants. I was impressed with the number of great restaurants. Most all have happy hours for drinks and food. My favorites were SoNapa, Norwoods (love the tree house bar. Ask for Tyler!), Off the Hook Raw Bar (great oysters) and Boston Fish house.
