This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We walked across the street to the beach every day taking the beach chairs, an umbrella and the boogie boards in the wheeled cart which is provided by the owner. We were also happy it is a pet friendly property so we could bring our dog. Our host checked on us to make sure all was well

I highly recommend this property! Especially if you are looking for excellent location, host and overall beautiful home! We loved this! It is just steps away from the beach! If you are looking for relaxation in the perfect place, with the absolute sweetest host this is it! We will definitely be back!!

Communication is key and Dale and Sivan were top notch! We had a wonderful time! The location to the beach, Flagler, local restaurants, the airport, dog walking trails were all easily accessible! We were able to bring our fur babies and I am grateful for this, it's very hard to find rentals that will let you bring one small dog, but two larger dogs.... our pups even got to meet Dale and Sivan! So did we, it was a pleasure and our dogs were on their best behavior! Thank the Lord! Out door shower is an experience everyone should have, esp. coming from Michigan where it's always cold! Beach gear was great! beds were so comfy! Screened Florida porch was so enjoyable in the morning for coffee! We did not want to leave! but work was calling us back :( Love Love Love Thank you for sharing your wonderful Beach Home with us. Aaron and Michelle, Ryleigh and Remy too!

Part of me is hesitant to write a review. I want to be selfish and keep this place a secret all to myself. But that would be a complete disservice to the amazing hosts.
The house is absolutely incredible, from the first moment you walk in, it feels like a home away from home. It is a great space, especially, if traveling with children. It doesn't feel stiff and glass museum like. It is a place where you can unwind and relax without hesitation. The open living, dining, kitchen area is wonderful for gathering around and spending time with one another. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you may need for a stress free holiday. All you have to worry about is a trip to the grocery store.
The hosts really make vacationing as stress free as possible. When planning the beach portion of your trip, just plan for clothes. You will not need anything beyond that. Everything for an enjoyable experience is ready and waiting for you. It comes stocked with chairs, mats, umbrellas, beach toys, boards, towels, coolers, even this awesome and convenient beach cart. If you spent a long day at the beach and still aren't quite finished with the days adventure you can come back and hop on the bicycles and go explore the area some more. The house is fully prepared to make your vacation as stress free as possible.
My children liked the outdoor shower the best about the house. I have never seen a child so excited to get clean. It was a very unique experience for them to be able to go to the beach come back covered in sand and get cleaned all up outside! Definitely cut down on any stress I may have felt for potentially tracking the sand through the house.
It is hard to summarize everything that I enjoyed in a review. I think my favorite part of the actual house was being able to walk outside after putting the kids to bed, sitting in the rocking chairs and just hearing the calming sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the shore.
Our whole experience in this home was amazing. I have not one complaint. The hosts are very responsive to any question or request. They are very genuine and seem to really care about the overall experience of the guest. We have traveled around from beach house to beach house over the years and this one really sticks out in my mind and will continue to stick out. There was something about the whole experience that was quite magical. I think that has something to do with NSB in general. It is great!

This trip was a much needed get together with family to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. This property proved to be a great choice as it was conveniently located to the beach and many other local attractions. The house is stocked with everything you would need and the owners are extremely attentive to any additional needs you might have. The communication with the owners is excellent and they truly care about their rental home. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the house has multiple outdoor grills as well. We had Thanksgiving on the spacious screened in porch!
You can not go wrong with this excellent rental in New Smyrna Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Cearra del Ray. Utilized the bikes on the beach, that was my favorite time, riding with my husband in the morning. The home was fully equipped with kitchen items needed to cook at home daily. House was very clean inside & outside. The screened in porch was nice in the evenings when it cooled off.
The t.v. was a little confusing to get accessible (mainly for Grandpa), but that could have been user error! : )
We went horseback riding one day, which was nice way to start the day. NSB is a beautiful city & so laid back! We will definitely visit again & Cearra del Ray will be at the top of our list for accommodations!

This property and our stay was phenomenal. The condo was as advertised. It was gorgeous, clean, well maintained, and so close to the beach. The property owners were super sweet and very easy to work with. My family had an absolute fabulous time and would recommend this rental to anyone.

Our stay at Cearra Del Ray was just what we were hoping for! The house was spacious enough for my family and very comfortable! We loved the area which was peaceful and a short walk to the beach. Beach house was the perfect getaway location for us over the holidays. The beach was right across the street from the house. House was as listed on Vrbo with everything we needed for our stay at the beach. Biking on the beach was an added bonus every day. Would definitely stay at this home again. We are local to the area and wanted to do a staycation before school started. I’m so happy that found and booked this property. The location is awesome it is close to shops, restaurants, and you can’t beat being steps away from the beach!!! Super convenient to the beach, Publix, restaurants and Flagler Ave. Owner is a NSB local and is very user friendly. This house was beautiful, clean and very homey. We were extremely impressed with the furnishings and decor. It felt as if we were at a 5 star resort! It was a wonderful place to call "home" for the week while we were there. The best part is that the ocean is just a short walk from the front door.
The owner, Dale, was readily available to answer any questions I had before I rented the place and made sure that we had everything we could need during our stay.
It was our first time seeing the ocean and it was amazing! We even saw the last space shuttle launch from the beach. There were bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels there available for our use and we used them every day.
This home had everything we could ever want and need during our stay there and it was a beautiful place to come home to and relax after a long day at the beach. It was by far our best vacation yet!

You know, guys, when you are, with your family (3 children), on the road across USA for almost 15 days, starting in NY, you desperately need some kind of total relax. You dream of comfortable, nice furnished house, with a lot of space, with all amenities you can imagine, in quit location but just a few steps from the beach. That all, and quite more, we found in Dale´s house.
Dale, thank you, we spent excellent time in your house ! I cannot imagine that anyone, who visited your house, could arise any kind of smallest objection against your house and your hospitality !

Everything you need, steps away from the beach. Everytime I rent this home, there's something there that I just have to find and buy for myself after I leave. This time, it was the Tommy Bahama beach chair. Everything provided is top notch and the location is perfect. I rented this property for myself and my out of town family and needless to say we had a fantastic time. The house was magnificent; it was equipped with everything you needed except yourself and the food. The owner was really friendly and hospitable. Service that you don't get anymore. This is definitely a place that I will come to and refer to everyone that I know.

My four siblings & I celebrated our mom's 80th birthday at this fabulous beach house! The accommodations were superb! The house was comfortable and beautifully appointed with lots of fun details! Everything you need is there! Dale was easy to work with--seemed genuinely interested in our comfort and convenience! We had a great time at the beach, restaurants and shops in New Smyrna!
