Fabulous location very convenient having the tram outside which would have been a good idea to put that information in the ad; we walked with our bags from the train station if we had known we could’ve got a tram to take us almost right to the door! We caught the tram when we left - Cost 1.60€ each … fantastic!

The noise which continued until 4am both nights and that was early in the week - Monday and Tuesday. With the chicken shop down below and bars up the road the noise was ridiculous plus cars and scooters zooming up and down the street we got very little sleep! We stayed in summer The room was extremely hot no air-conditioning, not even a fan. When we enquired about one we were told there was one in the room of which there was not! There was no attempt to bring us one either so we had two very bad nights! I would expect better service and will not be staying again! Being on the second floor with no lift and no prior knowledge - hard with luggage narrow staircase fortunately our bags weren’t too big!

la chambre était décorée avec goût et la petite attention à fait son effet ! la cuisine permet une totale autonomie. Son emplacement au cœur de la ville permet de tout faire à pied c’est l’idéal ! De nombreux commerces et restaurants sont à proximité c’est très agréable. Le personnel est réactif et très gentil.

l’emplacement est un point positif mais aussi négatif car des bars et boîte de nuit sont à proximité ce qui entraîne énormément de bruit et de passage surtout pour nous le samedi soir ! C’était vraiment compliqué nous n’avons pas pu dormir avant 5h du matin ! Heureusement que le dimanche c’était beaucoup plus calme !

Excellente prise en compte de ma réservation. J'ai apprécié recevoir par mail le descriptif de la procédure d'arrivée/départ. Appartement très bien entretenu. L'appartement est très bien situé.

Le seul HIC serait la nuisance sonore. Le propriétaire devrait changer ses fenêtres avec du PVC pour gagner en isolement et nuisances sonores dûe à notre belle jeunesse d'étudiants. Cependant j'ai dormi correctement car je le bruit ne me dérange pas.

Very small but beautifully designed to have everything you need.

The Chicken Shack opposite is open all night and their customers and delivery bikes made it very noisy, kept us awake.

The crockery and cutlery could have been better stocked, more than one hand towel could have also been left. The shower doors were dirty and the sink stopper didnt work properly in the kitcheb. Most of all the wifi was rubbish.

This is a great apartment right in the centre. The kitchen has everything you need. The coffee machine is great. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and shower were clean and well maintained. The free WiFi was very fast and reliable. The location is very convenient for the downtown of Angers

This is not a quiet location, there is a night club nearby. But that did not bother us.
